A wonderful small town cafe. Todays lunch was the hamburger steak with a magnificent summer borscht to start and possibly the best apple pie I’ve ever had for dessert. Almost the entire menu is homemade. The apples were picked locally.

Just stayed at the Hampton Bed and Breakfast and it was a fantastic experience. There were six of us staying and the place had plenty of space with three different rooms with multiple beds, a really nice sitting area where we could watch TV and hang out. Included a kitchen if we needed it and two bathrooms which came in very handy. The place was extremely tidy and really comfortable.Then went downstairs and had the breakfast sandwiches and drinks before we went on our way. Have eaten at the cafe many times before, but this was my first time staying there. I would highly recommend this place for great food and if travelling a really nice place to stay.Rose and her staff are welcoming, fun, and enjoyable.

Next time you're on the TCH eastbound and you're hungry..stop in MacGregor. Hampton Cafe. Home made EVERYTHING! Bread, soup, burgers, perogies, baked goods, plus a huge selection of take home foods. Absolutely delish. Superb service.

This is a great hidden Cafe in McGregor. I try and stop and get thier club house sandwich on homemade rye everytime I pass. This Cafe also sells frozen pre-made meals, olive oils and woodworking. If your looking for a nice little spot to have a sandwich this is a great little spot.
