i have come here a few times now for lunch and dinner several times. Some of the servers are amazing.. A lot of them are not, they need food runners or management to help them out.. We are talking less than 10 tables between two servers... These are gravy numbers in the city. , if you get the one who dresses like a school girl with thick glasses, she is awful.. I have had her twice now...The day shift is on point and it seems like the only male bartender is doing a good job.... This place would struggle flipping the restaurant 3 times with the current staff, dont hire based on looks, hire based on getting the job done...

Went to Boston pizza for lunch with some friends and family and I gotta say the service is absolutely amazing, our server margaret did an amazing job and made the visit so much more enjoyable. Will definitely always ask to be in her section. 10/10 experience. Only way it could get better is if they brought back the pizza burger😉

Today we had a tour and decided to have some bite, we were three and took a bigger table therefore there was no busy day and no other guests inside. However restaurant manager decided to move us to another table, but I rejected. There was a plenty of space!!! After some time more guest come and they were 3 and took same place as we did. But no one came to them offering another place. It was such an awful picture to see that in Canada! and honestly will never come back again!

Do not go if you need to be somewhere in an hour and 30 minutes. We went to celebrate our kids 8th grade celebration. It was lunch time and we showed up at 1135 ish. We ordered off of the lunch menu which is guaranteed to take 20 minutes. We waited until 1250 for our food which never came. Had to leave due to having a meeting. Slowest kitchen in the area. Do not recommend.

We were at Boston Pizza on Sunday for our 1 year anniversary and the staff was amazing even though they were running short of people. Very friendly and accommodating. Our food was also hot and delicious. Then we had dessert on the house for our anniversary. There was also a staff that brought us a homemade treat which were absolutely delicious and we devoured them. Thank you for everything that we got and was done for us that evening we really appreciate it and we definitely don't take it for granted. You are all doing an amazing job 👏

Our sever was not good, she would check up on all her tables several times except us, The manager Tracy took over and 10/10 knows how to get things done and how to keep her customers happy. Absolutely fantastic keep it up .Thank you for being a great experience! Gold star goes to you!

We went for lunch today and our server Margaret was honestly the best server I've ever had. Period! She was funny, outgoing, caring, and constantly checked to make sure we were taken of. The manager even came to talk and check on us too! We will definitely be back, thank you so so much for making our Saturday lunch awesome!!!!
Madi was an amazing server and did an amazing job with our big family. Our food was excellent and came out quick. We had young kids and they were looked after as well. Madi was great!
