We had hired Exceptional Thymes for our wedding caterer this past summer. We had high hopes after attending our initial taste test and meeting at their restaurant. Had an awful experience with them, catering our wedding. They made several mistakes throughout, such as beginning to serve the salads before the ceremony even began (About two hours early), bringing the wrong salad, and the wrong side dish. They also told guests in attendance that they weren’t on the list and therefore did not have a meal, but when we confirmed with the list that we had sent them and that they had confirmed receipt of, these guests were on the list.
