I’ve always appreciated McDonald’s, but I’ve noticed a decline in quality over time. One recurring issue is the coffee—staff frequently forget to add sugar or cream, which is frustrating. Today, I ordered a muffin, only to receive one that was clearly stale, likely baked the day before. It was so hard it could easily harm someone with sensitive teeth. I hope they improve their attention to detail and food freshness soon.

As I write this I’m on minute 28 waiting for curbside pickup. This is my 3rd time doing curbside here, one other time it was a 20 min wait.

I like this location a lot except recently after 11pm on weekdays things have gone down hill.
The person on drive through is very quiet and usually mumbles leading to orders being put in wrong. They also managed to forget 2 items ordered that I paid for but never got. My poutine was put in upside down and spilled all over the bag. No fork was given with the order. If someone is parked waiting for their order I've been given the wrong number to wait at leading to mix ups as well.. I hope whatever is going on gets better soon.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and they know it. There has to be a reason that as soon as you order they come and clear your order off the screen as if they completed it already.
I ordered, my number just went up on the screen and an employee came to clear it off within 5 seconds then my $20 order was out 9 minutes later.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location my order is always messed up. I’m not kidding, every single tome. I’m so sick and tired of it, I’ve worked in the food industry for YEARS. It’s not the fricken hard to get an order right. Unreal.

I have gone here 3 times and all three have gone wrong. 1- didn’t get straws and kids spilt juice all over the car. 2- they messed up my order big time. 3- order didn’t print at the kiosk or the kitchen, had to wait an hour before a trainer came and asked me what I was waiting for

Great place. I always go there almost every day. Some time owner came and ask to all customers about service and greetings. Staff are nice.I love this place.
