Three females working and they were all rude because I only got meat and cheese not toasted and they let my sub sit on the counter and passed other people in front of me, then tried to charge my order more by saying they could only do a “specified menu item” and didn’t have the buttons to put in my order, wasn’t very happy and definitely won’t be going back again.

I have been there several times and simillar issues. But this Friday 20th June 2025, i went in around 12.00 (busy hrs of lunch). There were so many problems. One thing is that they don't switch gloves ever (everytime but it was worst on that Friday). Another thing is they cross-contaminate everything and it's not a Subway for people with allergies or food restrictions. The store was packed and they were 2 timing mobile order and customer orders and it was the worst thing I ever saw. I'll definitely stop going to this subway!
There is a south asian looking lady (sorry to mention race but she didn't wear a nametag), she was the rudest. She pretended that she couldn't hear me, rolled her eyes at me while I was speaking very calm and in no accent (i have no accent so whatever I say is almost always very clear). So I basically had to speak very aloud (very very aloud) for her to heat me. She basically was cross-contaminating all the food using same gloves etc + the worst thing I noticed was she kinda spilled meats (when she was taking them out) in different sections around the meats. Since it was busy, she stuck all sandwiches together thinkinging it was effective but basically she kept on contaminating stuff. 0/10 for that lady and she should really learn how to talk to people.

I went to morden subway because my wife was going on break and wanted me there and she had told me when she had come out that the girl inside had said in a sassy tone that whoever we are my wife should tell us no matter what they should not come in and told my wife that she wasn’t allowed to leave with me because apparently she doesn’t like being alone .

Basically just bread! Ordered online, they forgot a topping and were very scarce with my veggies and meat. Approximately half the meat they normally do, 2 pickles and 2 tomatoes per half. Very disappointed, will not mobile order again! Please improve your service

Serving cold subs even mentioned them to toast the bread. I would not order through mobile app if you want to get the subs as per your request. Rather go to store and give them instructions. Morden subway is getting worse and this is second time in a row having issue

Went into subway for pickup and noticed the staff were rude to a fellow co worker when someone comes into a place they don’t want to hear staff talking about other staff if I worked there I would go to a manager And never had that done before
