Ordered 2 iced Capps made with cream then got to the window and we payed for it. Then he helped 3 customers behind us and completely ignored making our iced Capps. So I knocked on the window and mentioned it to the worker so she annoyingly went and made our iced Capps with oat milk claiming that’s what we ordered. Then she went back and made the right ones and then very rudely gave them to us.

I usually don't write negative comments. But Tim Hortons has just gone downhill. Their coffee is watered down, and their employees always look like they're having a bad day. Also every single time I get a sausage farmers wrap there's like no sauce in there. Dry as can be. Please people, learn how to do your job, and do it Right!!

You have to figure out your order by yourself because staffs here never notify you when your food is ready.
After i ordered my food from the cashier for a while, another staff named Lynn asked me what did i order before, she started preparing my order after another person received his order who was behind me. Finally, she put the food on the table without saying a word and greeted the next customer. No one told me that my order was ready. The staffs here need more training and learn how to communicate with customers.

Excellent service. I regularly order ice coffee. Hate vanilla flavor and it seems as though a lot of other places (McDonald’s) defaults to vanilla. Tim Hortons Winnipeg ice coffee’s taste more syrupy. This Morden location is the best one I’ve been to.
