Fries are never fresh. Boguers., sometimes sauce missing.

This is BY FAR the cleanest, best smelling Tim Hortons that I've been in for many years. Much respect to the management and staff for keeping it so nice and professional.

Unfortunately I was served by a person who was new and alone. She was friendly and sweet but obviously needed assistance. She was unable to find items on her screen, made the wrong beverage and entered the sandwiches incorrectly. I was able to connect with a supervisor who then made sure that everything was corrected. This is not new. Too many times we have cone in for lunch and had slow service and incorrect service due to improperly trained staff.

A prime example of car culture dependency.
This Canada Day weekend I made the grave error of patronizing the Morden location of the very much not Canadian owned Tim Hortons.
At around 10am on a Saturday, this place was already filling up, but it would become clear that capacity was not the issue here.
I managed to get in line behind only 2 other customers, but as I waited, I observed the back of house staff scrambling to serve the increasing line up of cars in the drive thru.
As more cars pulled up, the wait inside increased. To account for this demand, the front of house staff was pulled from the service counter to help in the back, leaving the customers inside to wait awkwardly and without explanation.
It would be an astonishing 30 minute wait before I had the chance to speak with any staff to place my order, with only 2 customers in front of me. Yet all the while they were pumping out orders to the line up of cars outside that was now spilling onto the street blocking traffic.
Gone are the days of customer service, and into the age of lazy consumerism convenience we go.
Mr Horton would be ashamed.

Overall, this Tim Hortons is getting worse and worse. I hope someone teaches you guys, how to properly stir sugar in coffee and work faster at the drive-thru.
