I ordered 6 price chicken strip with POUTINE, I had to say it like 4 times because the person getting my order didn't listen, and instead of potine I got onion rings, food was still good but not what I ordered

I have to say that DQs onion rings were always my favorite from DQ until I was passing through Neepawa. Got my food and headed east again and the first one was disgusting so hopefully the next one was better but Nope!! They tasted like they haven't changed the oil on weeks. They all went out the window. The burger was OK not as good as I have had before from DQ The staff was very friendly at least.

Pulled up into the drive thru as there were other cars at the window. Was told the drive thru was closed but was welcome to come inside. Had to back out as there was a car infrot at the window. Had to back out and was not impressed. To avoid angry customers may I suggest putting a sign up in the drive thru so customers don’t drive in?? The customer service was horrible over the speaker. Careless and insensitive.

My Goat of Fast Food for Neepawa. Although I have bought the same thing here since I was 12 and the employees know my order as soon as i show up(half pound flamethrower extra sauce medium doctor pepper and fries)
Pam is an amazing owner/manager from Miracle Treat Day to her never-ending support for the community. She runs a tight ship but is loved by all past and present workers.
All the employees are smiling and having fun while they work wether its front staff or cooks they provide the atmosphere and always seem happy to help.
Very rarely do I have problems with my order the worst is condiments in the bag but who doesn't have extra ketchup packets in their glove box.
Wheelchair accessibility: With disability parking and a designated wheel chair table there is a place for everyone
