They always rush people through the drive-thru and make people wait forever. Every single time, they mess up on my order. Stop rushing to get food out and take your time. I know they want fast drive-thru times, but at what cost? BAD SERVICE!?

Stopped for breakfast after waiting for almost half an hr was told they only had 1 hash brown and breakfast was now over.Otheres had walked out. This is the last time I'll stop there ..I walked to a restaurant next door and had a much better experience. You can do better

1st off, if you like Mcdonalds ice coffee, dont buy it here. You have to specify for them to put the simple syrup in, or else they will just give you coffee with cream with ice in it.
Employees tend to be rude in drive thru and disregard the options that are put on orders like extra sauce or no pickles. The number of times my order has been wrong is too many to count.
Once is an accident, but over the course of 3 years, the service has repeatedly been poor.
But it's mcdonalds, the food is always cooked and tastes good and everyone has gotten cold fries once in awhile. Just check your bag before you pull away from the window.
