Waited almost 45 mins and many mistakes with the order. I’m looking for McDonald’s to reach out at this point. At a loss for words. I wont be supporting McDonald’s anymore.

Worst McDonalds I have been to, coffee is absolutely disgusting. They don’t have anything advertised on their own boards. Just not worth stopping at.
Waited more than 25 minutes for my order. While waiting there was a customer who had to come back not once but twice because they couldn’t get her order right. She demanded her money back and I should have done the same because waiting nearly half hour for an order is just ridiculous. McDonald’s in Neepawa, you need to do better!!

They always rush people through the drive-thru and make people wait forever. Every single time, they mess up on my order. Stop rushing to get food out and take your time. I know they want fast drive-thru times, but at what cost? BAD SERVICE!?
