I would like to share my experience when I came to store to buy some donuts. Staffs were very friendly. I would like to commend Jharel because he welcomed me with a warm smile. He’s very kind because he helped me carry the 6 dozen donuts I bought going to my car. Excellent Job to the whole team!!

Left my number for the manager to call, but of course the manager didn't get back to me. Ordered for someone else but not for myself because got tired trying to repeatedly read the menu.

So we order at the drive thru and we ask for no whip cream got to the window she handed me the icecap with topping I asked her to make without she took it back and I could her her talking and complaining that I just told her and I should have ordered it that way well as a customer I thought that was very unprofessional she is in a profession or should I say the service industry so maybe more training should be happening this Tim’s always cuts you off in drive thru when ordering than gets the order wrong poor customer service I miss the days when going thru Tim’s and your greeted with a smile and have a pleasant experience also I don’t remember ever having to ask them in the past to remake something very disappointing
