Ate our food, not once did the server come check on after delivering the food or to refill drinks. Went to pay for the food, and then after I paid I realized they didn't apply the 50% off. I assumed no big deal but apparently they can't do refunds on the debit machine, refuse to give cash, and have no manager who would come in. So I apparently have to wait an unknown amount of time to get a refund because of their mistakes. I understand staff can be new and that's totally fine and I empathize with that. But then make sure somebody is making sure they are doing things well/properly or at least have safeguards in place if they screw up. I'm guessing it just won't be able to compete as more and more restaurants are opening up. Hopefully at some point I get my refund.

Asked ot use a E- Gift card over the phone before placing my order was told that was fine. Got there and then was told they could/ didn't know how to process it.
The chicken was a little slimy and not very crispy.
The servers were nice though.

The utmost worst dining experience of my life! After seating, both waitresses noticed us. Understandably we waited patiently as one worked the cash register and the other cleared the tables of those leaving. Restaurant was nearly empty at this point when 2 other tables seated themselves after we did. We had to serve our own coffee and beg for cream. Both tables who walked in after our table had their orders taken first and were served promptly yet waitresses seemed to enjoy making small talk with the other customers rather pay any attention to our table. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. This is all made ready to serve...yet I was not served. I went up to the register and requested to speak to the manager and was told the manager was not available. I'm sorry to say but I walked out due to the rude and poor customer service.
I will no longer return to this location unless they replace their serving staff.
This happened Friday 12th of July. Check your footage and watch for yourself.
I also posted to the Niverville page and your server made up lies about the whole situation.
RECOMMEND NOBODY DINE HERE!

Just noticed the guy server with a gold necklace. Didn't greet asians. They gave me the wrong order, the order was from the other table. He gave us an angry look at that time. It's my first time at Niverville, and I went there for the community garage sale. Friendly people. Except for the guy server.

Kid-friendliness: The staff at Chicken chef went out of their way to make my daughter Izzy feel special on her 10th Birthday! This is our go-to local restaurant both for the service and the food. We are never disappointed. Big shout out to Laura and her staff, especially our waitress Brenda. We'll Done!!
