Great experience at this Dairy Queen! The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and service was quick. I got the Oreo cupefection and the Chicken strips, got my order around 10 minutes and the Chicken was juicy and fresh and no can complain about a DQ cupefection lol. Definitely one of the better DQ locations I’ve visited.

Got myself a customize cake and was better than I expected. Their Employees were so gentle and the ambience was neat and clean

I had a great experience at Dairy Queen! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right with my order. You can really tell they care about providing good customer service – it made the visit even more enjoyable.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Worst service I’ve ever had, their bathroom was disgusting, there were hairs everywhere and a giant puddle all over the floor. The garbage’s were full and spilling out and I couldn’t even use them. The food took 30 minutes and the workers were rude and unprofessional. It’s my cousins 16th birthday and she was so excited to have a cake with a picture of her favourite character on it. Her mom has finally got it for her and we went to pick it up all excited. Her mom had ordered it two weeks prior. We had to wait 30 mins for this cake, when it finally gets brought out, the picture of her favourite character isn’t on the cake at all. It’s plain and just says happy birthday. The lady who brought us the cake was rude and not even the slightest bit apologetic. She offered a $10 discount for the picture not being on the cake, and claimed their printer was broken. This would have been nice to know two weeks ago when her mom ordered a cake with a picture on it. No call no email nothing. It was so upsetting to see my cousin so disappointed. I will not be coming back again to this location, terrible experience all around.

I will never come here again because all the food was cold and thy forgot to give me my drink so my hubby went in and when he tried fixing the mistake they tried switching his words on him. When I called to fix it I asked for the manager and I never got to talk to manager so I talked to whoever picked the call up and they yelled at me. If you want none liquid ice cream I would recommend Santa Lucia.

Ordered a blizzard with an add on - got home and there was next to no topping in the blizzard and they forgot the add on. Normally don’t complain but they are so expensive so I would expect them to pay more attention.

Order had been placed and paid, They Had to ask what had been ordered after I waited for 10 mins so I had to wait for a quite a time yet, till I got what my order originally conducted for. This Particular Event, Didn’t parallel in accordance with the Franchise’s usual Rectitude…Peace ✌️

Got the 3-piece chicken strip basket. More like 3-piece nuggets. Got 3 of the smallest chicken fingers ever. It's the first time I've gotten such an unsatisfying order. Usually they're pretty fair with their portions and service.

Went through drive through, service excellent, food excellent and hot and fresh, will be back

I’ve been to many Dairy Queen in the US and Canada and this is by far one of the cleanest. Service has been quick and friendly every time I’ve been.
