Placed a large order here yesterday night. My burger came with raw bacon! Thankfully realised and returned it for a refund. Also ordered chicken strips which seemed a little colored, thought oh its just dark meat or a blood vessel in the chicken. This morning me and my daughter woke up with what appears to be food poisoning. BEWARE!

I literally ordered a mini cookie dough blizzard and they only put 2 pieces of cookie dough on the top like where is the effort. It was handed to me spilling over the sides and didn’t even bother to give me napkins no effort to mix the ice cream at all. Typically I love dairy queen but I’m incredibly dissatisfied with my experience. 😔😭

My roommate and I come to Dairy Queen once a week to get blizzards and usually everything goes well, however tonight when I ordered through the drive through there were multiple issues like forgetting pretzel sticks that were ordered ( this was later resolved ).

I got home and noticed the choco brownie extreme didn’t look at all like what it’s supposed to look like. I drove back to Dairy Queen and showed them and they had said that I asked for no fudge which I didn’t. The worker stormed off and chucked the blizzard in the trash. I was very uncomfortable with this interaction. I’m sorry to post this but staff shouldn’t be acting this way.

Had to change my review after today. I eat lunch here alot and never have a problem, usually very friendly. Today they made a mistake with my order and when I came back to correct it the newer employee was upset and cursed at me then walked away. Eventually another lady, maybe new manager, came to window. Instead of apologizing to me she began to lecture me and defend the employee that cursed at me. This is unexeptable behavior from both employee and manager. Plenty of other places to enjoy my lunch at without being disrespected. I will take my service elsewhere from now on

We stopped by this location while visiting a friend. The guy on the counter was so helpful and friendly he suggested few flavors of ice cream. Vanilla ice cream was our favorite one. I wish this kind of DQ should be here in my city.
