We showed up at 11 AM to pick up subs. They had no bread on hand except white and their excuses is They didn’t open until 9 AM. That’s why they had no bread. They don’t follow instructions. We had to ask three or four times to get certain things done, they weren’t even sandwiches when they were finished with them. They were more like soup, messy wrapped up in a soaking wet package. Worst experience. There are Volleyball provincials and hockey tryouts this weekend in your community. This was your chance to show you were ready to accommodate then influx of people looking to support local. I’m sorry, Niverville but the subway here is a terrible representation of this beautiful community.

I had barely any ham on my sandwich and only 2 small slices of cheese, bread was stale and did not taste good. Quality is not where it once was at this location.

I ordered extra lettuce, extra onions, extra mayo, regular olives, regular mustard and regular pickles on classic Italian bun.
I got regular lettuce, 3 onions, regular mayo, 3 olives, no mustard, 1 pickle on Italian herb and cheese. Glad I have some of the ingredients to fulfill my order.

Worst subway/customer service experience ever. We ordered a sub and a salad online on saturday october 26th. When we arrived at the scheduled pick up time it was quite busy so we expected a slight delay. We waited inside and in our car for 20 minutes after our pick up time. The 1 employee working served every person in the restaurant before starting our order. I’ve waited countless times as online orders are prepared so I was irritated. The entire point of ordering ahead is to schedule a certain time. Eventually he finished our order and it turned out to be entirely wrong. Ingredients from both items switched and mixed and my salad was a sub with no protein. When we brought up the salad his response was “i made a sub instead”. I was so sick of waiting so we walked out with both items entirely wrong and no apology or communication from the employee. Great way to miss part of the Jets game!

Used to be a good location, got a sandwich made and the artist was super stingy with the vegetables, literally 4 small tomatoes, and when I asked for more, one single tomato was added. To top it off, the ice tea option for fountain drinks dispensed flat root beer. Don’t go here, go to pizza pizza instead, friendly staff and good deals there.

I went to subway tonight in Niverville I asked for a wrap and 1 sub and 2 large fountain drinks and I got charged for 2 bottle drinks and got 2 subs the guy didn’t do as I asked for what I wanted on the meals and a guy came in store to get what he ordered on the app and the guy didn’t have his order ready at all. I wouldn’t go back

Akshu was exceptional in every way! Friendly service, and boy can he build a sub! I managed this location years ago and know how I like my sub. Akashu did not disappoint. If I could give Akshu 10 ⭐️’s I would! ! Exceptional sandwich artist!

Order $80 worth of subway and she stuffs it all into one bag it’s handing me the bag it rips and food goes all over the floor, all sandwiches were fine but cookies were all over the floor. Gave me a bunch of attitude and would not replace the cookies said I had to pay for them. Will not be coming back

For the most part I enjoy Subway because they tend to be consistent. Not the case here... For an establishment that has a tip option on their point of sale hardware one would expect a degree of pride to be taken in the food preparation. I know it's just a sandwich but the " sandwich artist" couldn't have been less interested in putting together a quality product. Add to that while we were being served he was speaking to a co-worker across a the restaurant in another language. The women's washroom was out of order so they told my wife to use the men's... it was absolutely filthy. I don't make a habit of leaving bad reviews but I do leave honest ones. Won't be going back to this location.
