At 8pm we arrived to subway just to be told before we ordered that they have absolutely no bread except for flat bread. Absolutely ridiculous

Be warned: if you order on the app for pickup, they will likely screw up your order. Especially if you order multiple subs. We've had them switch the bread on subs, we've had them not put on cheese when we asked for it, and we've had extra toppings we did not want. Disappointing. And they have the nerve to ask for tips now.

One of my favorite locations. The only issue I ever had was a few months ago their debit machine didn't work and they had already made my sub and I didn't have any cash, but I'm a regular. They did not even offer to just give it to me as I offered to pay for it later. (Was on lunch break so time was limited). I understand their predicament, but because I'm there all the time I felt as though they could have definitely made an exception for me. Not to sound entitled or anything lol ?

Poor customer service! No greeting just a 'yes'! Asked for Italian bread git plain white instead!! Would be ice to be served by somone with a pleasant disposition at 10.30am

Lana was very rude. We came in and she seemed annoyed with having to serve us. When ordering she asked what kind of cheese, we asked for jack cheese, her tone of voice was almost a yell saying we don’t have that. Instead of offering an alternative she just stood there. We also needed a gluten free sub because of an allergy and she was even more annoyed with us. The professionalism is sub par and needs to be addressed. People should never feel unwanted at any time.

Most of the staff is miserable and rude, portions are incorrect or got smaller? They threw my bacon on 2 other subs before it got back to mine, then they took 2 pieces off and threw it on someone else's sub. I don't think I'll be going back to this location or any location for that matter. 90% of subways are understaffed, under trained and/or rude.

Have gone 4-5 times around dinner time and they always don’t have enough bread you think that they would make sure not to run out at the supper time rush but it keeps happening
