slow as hang. dont have any food
Always out of everything if your are there within even 3 hours of closing time.
I get that it costs money and wastes food to have products that people don't eat at the end of the day. Donuts cost approximately 20 - 25 cents to produce, and even if you had 30 donuts left over at the days end it would cost you something like $8 in lost product.
It's been coming increasingly difficult to justify bringing the kids or even myself through anywhere near days end as the options for Timbits is old fashioned plain or birthday cake if you are lucky.
And everything else is just out all the time it feels like.

Ive had enough!!!!
Two days in a row, mobile order arent ready in a timely manner. Yesterday, arrived 20 minutes after ordering and my food was ready but not the drinks. By the time they made drinks food was cold. Today ordered over half hour, STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER!!! If I wanted to wait that long I would go to restaurant like Smitys. But we come to Tim Hortons for a quick breakfast. Well nothing is quick there. So disappointing!

Small town, we get it. But if you never have any selection, you close at weird hours, have slow service and your tables are all jammed together, you'll never be a good business. We've gone there and tried to order 5 different items on a Saturday afternoon and left empty handed because they didn't have any.

VERY SPARE SELECTION of donuts and muffins, even when it's only the early evening, around 5:30 to 6:30 pm. When I tried to get a half dozen donuts I nearly sold them out, leaving 3 crullers in the shop. Only a few kinds of Timbits as well. This has been a similar case numerous times. I understand wasting food at the end of the day, but this location has the balance way off and needs to figure it out. If they close at 9pm they should have plenty of donuts at 6, dontcha think??!

I understand the drive through is priority, however, they need to pay attention to front counter the exact same.

I'm never going there again..have had multiple experiences with very bad,weak lukewarm coffee..I complained, manager was like ...OK.. pay and we'll see if this coffee is better,I did,tasted horrible again..very weak and tasteless, and my friends are noticing it to..I'd give disappointed customers something free,but no,I had to pay for my bad tasteless coffee...sorry,the service isn't that good either,will visit them no more..I tried warning them.
Prompt delivery at the window with my order that I phoned in earlier!

Went to get a bagel this morning asked for 4 cheese bagel extra cream cheese. Getting out the drive through they gave a everything bagel reg cream cheese. Went back and the cashier gave us dirty looks and continued to give us a new one with lettuce inside ( there was multiple ) ??
Will NOT be going here again as service was disrespectful and food was terrible.

We go to this location on multiple occasions service is always hit or miss. Thanksgiving Monday my family wet there for snacks before getting to the city. Nothing but attitude from the order taker. I wasn't even finished my order and getting told to drive up not once but twice. My wife isn't a coffee drinker so she drinks ice caps. Were not asking much just that they are made right we also ask for extra cream and i will make note much to our dissatisfaction pay the extra to get extra cream and dont get it. When we ask them to make it the right way we get argument saying its made right when we know full well its not my wife drinks these drinks everyday. Also repeating my order even the most simplest order and its wrong when questioned the staff argue it.

They never have anything I want! It’s always empty. They should learn to bake at the same time as serving customers so everything is always stocked up. And half the time my order is made wrong.
I asked for 20 timbits assorted with no plain timbits. This is what I opened up when I got to work.. and no this is not the first but this time it did make me mad.
Today they messed up my ice coffee, I asked for chocolate milk and received none

Friendly cashier and hot coffee. But a simple bagel takes 10 min to toast. Restaurant was dirty, bathroom disgusting. Overall will not return.
