Great location next to the iconic Arthur the Bull… makes a great stop for a quick meal. The A&W burgers are always great, taste amazing and fresh all the time. Their frosted glass root beer is also a must try and delicious !

When we stopped at Connie's to buy our food, our son decided to go to A&W. Now when he got back he was super excited. Apparently the staff are super super friendly, I'm one of the girls behind the counter gave him two bags of chips or french fries as we call them, and the only ordered one. He also said whatever oil and Fries they use there are the best in the world for an A&W. Sorry not sorry, but the kid is 16 years old I wouldn't stop talking about how great the food was.

The uncle burger is not made right with at least 8 hours old made bacon, and their poutines are used with refried fries that’s for sure. I’m never spending a dime there again, they probably aren’t even using up to code with the washing hands and whatnot. What an embarrassment, and to over priced for paying for garbage waste.

The girl working the in house order counter leaves a lot to be desired. From failing to acknowledge that you are there to greeting you at all, to ignoring their bell and letting your food sit there until it's cold. She was a very good reason NOT to go back
I love how I can get a burger 6 am in the morning if I want. I'm not much of a breakfast person, they do however have breakfast for like eleven bucks, pretty good size. I'm not much of a bread eater, so I ask for tomatoes instead. Some of them most, are in a good location for truckers to park and grab a fast meal, as I am a truckers girlfriend, and I am with him on his drives.

I have worked at an A&W and the staff here made me the best Teen Burger and Onion rings I have had since I made them myself! Fresh veggies on the burger, condiments and bacon were perfect. Onion rings coated and cooked without crumble.

Waited 20 minutes for one chicken and cheese sandwich with no other cars there at all. Sandwich was a bit sad. Just not our best A&W experience.

Me and my partner went to the A&W location in Russell, MB and ordered two classic breakfasts. I wanted to order basted soft with rye toast, my partner ordered over medium without toast due to gluten intolerance (which was mentioned to the employee who clearly didn't understand what that ment and wouldnt offer a proper substitute), yet they only gave us four options for the eggs (over easy, medium, hard, or scrambled). The eggs we got were smashed cooked, hard as rubber with no soft yoke at all, the bread I got wasn't toasted, the bacon was like biting flimsy glass, and the coffees we got was essentially brown water. The hashbrowns was the only good thing on the order.
Dietary restrictions: Awful, no substitutes at all for gluten intolerance or dairy alternatives
