I’ve gone through this drive-thru a bunch of times, and it’s always the same thing. If you order food, they literally just hand it to you with no bag or anything.It feels like common sense to at least put it in a small bag, especially since most people are eating in their car. And you always have to ask for napkins. They never include them unless you say something. It’s such a small, basic detail, but it happens every time. It’s frustrating because it’s really not that hard to package the food properly and think about the customer experience. A little more care would go a long way.
It's good that there is this cozy place in Russell. Every trip necessarily includes your favorite coffee and delicious pastries from Tim)

Stoped here for a coffe, I used the bathroom and a tim horton's imployee came into the bathroom, used it and walked straight out back to work without washing his hands, how nasty. His name was Revn.

I stopped by this location around 9:30 a.m. on November 12 during an 8-hour drive, just to grab a coffee. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The girl at the window did not greet us or show any courtesy. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and it came across as discriminatory toward me as a customer. This experience really left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses this behavior.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. I stopped in early morning while traveling and asked for something as simple as a soup bowl so my dog could have water. I even bought a coffee to support the business. They charged me extra and handed me a large coffee cup — completely useless, since my dog couldn’t even fit her nose inside it. When I asked to exchange it, the staff were rude, dismissive, and made a ridiculous scene about “not selling soup before 11 a.m.” — A company as big as Tim Hortons should be able to spare a 50¢ bowl, especially when I was willing and did pay for it. What happened to good Customer service? Just attitude and arrogance. I left with no solution. Avoid this place.

Every single time I get a hot beverage the cup is NEVER full always down a good inch = 1-2 oz
It is a fight to get it topped up to get what is paid for. Lg according to online is 20 oz and I’m regularly given 15-18 in my mug that labeled on the inside.
They refuse to put the lid on my refill cup. Even through drive threw. Has resulted in spilling hot beverages on lap.
