I can agree with Caleb, you have to make sure to check and open your products before you eat...I was there this morning, speaking clearly and asked for a sausage farmers wrap no egg and extra sauce and I even heard the person repeat it back to me, we get a little ways out of town and 2 bites into the sandwich there is ZERO sauce. How do you go from extra sauce to absolutely none! Such a piss off especially with the price of things...my husband's not one to go back, but I am and I did not want another sandwich I took my money back. Just a complete piss off, wasn't even a complicated order!

Food is alright when you get it. I always order on the app but if it's within a few hours of closing they never have any food. Gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they are good about refunding you at least but that doesn't help my hunger cause everything else in town is closed and the 1 place open has no food.

9/10 times you have to check you order after receiving it because 9/10 they'll mess it up. I always order the same thing every morning before work (sausage and bacon on a English muffin), where it's either the bacon or the sausage that's missing, and I know I have paid for it. Sadly to say it is all too common at this location

This Tim Hortons has a hard time following directions and taking orders, the foods not bad it may just be wrong. I ordered the new Tiramisu latte. After seeing how delicious it looked online and advertised at the drive thru, I ordered one. However, I was very disappointed when I received a regular iced coffee which taste burnt. I've been coming to this Tim Hortons for awhile and this isn't the first time I have ordered a special latte drink and I get a regular coffee. They took our order and even repeated it back to me, so I don't know where the confusion happened. When we got our order at the window all the workers seemed gathered at the window conversing and having a smiling good time. I don't mind a happy workplace environment, unless work is not taking place. I sincerely believe action needs to be taken against this location and not just have someone who "knows" how to make the drinks show up for work the next time you guys get a bad review. Thank you.
