I went there to have a burger and fries and when I got the fries they were soggy and they told me that s the way they are supposed to be and I asked them Why and they said its for older people to be able to chew i told em thats not right to serve fries like that and then I was told to leave so Im writing this review for something to change cause I was asking a question and was not sure what was happening

“Service time” is a major problem at this establishment. There is no care for customers. The past 5+ times I’ve come here through drive-through I’ve been asked to pull forward when nobody is behind me just so my order can be forgotten, wait-times in your car are 10-20 minutes for a burger combo each time. They continue to get away with this because when they make a car wait it tricks the system into thinking they got their food. They clear your order from the system when you get pushed forward. Say no to pulling forward, I will no longer be pulling forward unless there is specifically another car behind me.

Food is good, customer service definitely needs work. As one who has worked in customer service for many years, it was disappointing to see. Ordered through the drive thru as well as eat in many times. The server rolled her eyes when I mentioned I had the rewards app & I'd like to scan it to receive points. She sighed & proceeded to scan but wasn't pleased when I mentioned it. Will be back, but hopefully the customer experience improves.

food is always good, love getting the cheddar chicken. Lately the staff at this location have been very rude with me everytime I go through the drive thru though. They also will make you pull forward (no cars behind you) so that their drive thru times look better than they are, then they forget about you. My food will sometimes be warm, but I have had to wait over 15 minutes for a poutine and a burger because they asked me to move forward and never completed my order. Terrible system, I used to work in fast food you only ask someone to move forward if you have the next order ready and not yours, then the parked car would be top priority. It’s clear that the customer service standards have dropped and they only care about their “times”. Again, terrible system. Might as well go to Lockport.

Ordered two burgers a small rootbeer and a water, it came out to 28 dollars!!! Would have been better ordering two meals for that price. Way over priced.
