What happened to customer service or any at all? What a horrible experience. I never thought it would be such a big deal to substitute a piece of bread for a tiny pizza on the triple play… when I always have just paid the difference. Yes I’ve done the substitution at this location previously too..that is what makes this situation so odd. I kindly asked to speak to the manager and the host came back to tell me the manager said they couldn’t come to the phone but said to tell me under no circumstances can they do the substitution. Mind blowing. I have always just paid the difference to literally throw the 4 pieces of pepperoni and a slab of sauce on bread to make it a tiny personal pizza. No other BP has ever given me such a hard time especially for a regular paying customer. Then i Ended up paying double what I usually would for a pizza and cactus cuts now because I can’t do my usual order with the triple play so making things that much more expensive for your customers once again. I called Boston Pizza to place an order and asked about the Cactus cuts, and the worker mistook my lisp for a prank call. They were rude and dismissive, refusing to take my order seriously. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered chicken curry with rice , rice was 3-4 days old and very dry . Asked if they have fresh rice and they said no. Had to order a burger instead and wait about 25 mins . Also they did not bring any cutlery to the table.

I was very disappointed with the service on my recent visit. The waitress was unfriendly the very few interactions we had. Throughout the entire meal the waitress did not ask how the food was or provide refills.

Worst service I have experienced in years. Waitress had an attitude and didn’t once ask us if we wanted drink refills or if the food tasted okay. The food itself is meh and frankly expensive for what you get. Like many businesses in Selkirk, this sit down restaurant has little competition (Strange if you ask anyone locally, but that’s another topic). Boston Pizza Selkirk has been riding the graces of being one of the few options in town and the attitude is starting to show. Not impressed.
