The pizza toppings all look and taste like they are from a can and not fresh at all. We spent 85$ on 2 pizzas, I would think the topping would be more fresh looking. Mushrooms we’re rubber. The kids working inside we’re shoulder to shoulder on their phones and didn’t break the zombie state when we walked in. There was only 1 girl who seemed to notice when we got there. Pizza hotline really hits better.

I received burnt bottom pizza and they didn’t replace refund or anything they didn’t even apologize, they just said it was the same oven all the pizzas are cooked in?

normally the pizza is great, ordered last week and it was weird, the cheese was different. crust was over cooked. it literally tasted like a frozen pizza. was still edible but not worth the 40$ i paid. hopefully just a bad day there.

We have been ordering here for years. It was my dad’s favourite pizza anywhere. Recently we ordered for a party, and there were WAY less toppings on the pizzas, they didn’t taste as fresh and good quality, were burnt on the crusts, and the price has increased significantly. For an order of almost $300, I expected way better for 6 pizzas. Yikes. Franks definitely needs to step their game back up.

Have ordered twice from here and the first time was great, second time horrible due to customer service and the way pizza was made. The pizza we ordered was half burnt on one side, and not cooked on the other side. We also ordered (paid for) Extra sauce and pineapple and did not get the extra sauce! When we called and talked to supervisor Jordan she told us we had bring it back to show her the problem. So we did and she said we were wrong and didnt do anything to help the problem. Pretty much called us liars saying it was fine.
We will not order pizza from here ever again! Worst customer service ever, and I have worked customer service for many years!!!!
1st order was overpriced, understaffed and took much too long. Gave then a second chance, ordered online and it never got delivered.

We ordered a pizza tonight at one of our fav spots in Selkirk, and what a disappointment . We requested half combo half cheese for the kids and when we opened our box 2/3 was cheese and 1/3 regular, same price …. I called to speak to the “Manager” who informed me they do their best and can’t do anything about it. Coming from the hospitality industry I have never been more disappointed with the way a manager resolved a customer’s concerns. Rude and unaccommodating. Hate to be one of those people, but after 8 yrs of ordering pizza from here I won’t be ordering again.

Second time now the pizza was not as good as it used to be. Pizza I had today was over cooked on top and pretty sure there was a lot less cheese than there used to be on it, I almost didn’t take it after I saw it. Very disappointing, but I will try one more time and if it still doesn’t get better, that will be strike 3 and I will no longer be a customer there.
