KFC got their app to work. The staff are overwhelmed with the orders they were missing in the past because of the faulty app. The app is still poorly written and hard to use, but at least you can muddle through and place an order now. Takes about ten minutes of perseverance to place an order. Store staff are awesome!

This KFC is the bomb first I will point out the outstanding staff especially the ones at the 2025 Santa parade, these people gave me a colonel sanders backpack (shown in the picture) just for screaming I love chicken. If that isn’t good customer service then what is? Second I will be addressing there wonderful food their chicken is to die for! Speaking from experiences you will never get bored of there food especially there chicken on the bone or off the bone is the way to go! Third there atmosphere every time I step foot in this KFC I get greeted with the awesome smell of fresh chicken not to mention the clean tables filling up the restaurant. I would 110% label this as the best KFC and chicken faulty out there! If you want delicious chicken, clean eating environment with wonderful staff definitely eat here!!!!

I do not eat out often! Lol have not been for KFC 20 years . Did not like the coleslaw I am used to the green type from the old days ! Everything else was good I had tenders and fries yum , stuffing was a good surprise and was not bad . Gravy on Everything made it like my Christmas dinner came early ! 4 🌟 cause it was expensive !!! Still was a good meal I would do it again!,cheers

Worst experience I've had at a restaurant in awhile, took forever to get service, then stuff we wanted was told they had none of , seemed to be mixing up everyone's orders , food was absolutely tasteless, definitely will not be going back there and I can understand if the following customers don't return as well.

I ordered 30 minutes in advance so it’d be ready for my meeting. When I got there I had to wait 15 minutes extra and i left to find out they forgot one of my sides

My husband waited over 30 minutes at this selkirk location , he ordered a 10 piece bucket with the sides and a popcorn chicken , the elderly lady took his order , very polite , after 15 minutes waiting he observed a young lady that really had a bad attitude . A customer that was eating in asked for a paper plate and fork she slammed it on the counter and said here ! Needless to say customers were coming in and out and my husband is still waiting for his order and then. They said another 5 minutes well he was told the same thing 14 minute’s prior ! He wanted his money back and he walked out ! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ST ALL ! Not ever going back there ! Star review is minus 0
