Pizza was good, delivery not so much. Always a hassle when making an order for delivery, drivers will not read delivery instructions. It’s a shame that customer service is extremely lacking.

Pizza was good but i shouldn't have a 2 inch wide slice of pizza next to an 8 inch wide slice. Either standards need to be higher or somebody needs thicker glasses

Always get our favorite, Game Night special 2-xl pizzas, 1 with San Marzano sauce, pepperoni, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, and white onions. The other xl pizza is with ranch sauce, chicken, artichoke, garlic, and red onions, top it with a 2-liter of soda. Plenty of leftovers, lots of flavour.

Thanks for hanging up on me twice while on hold. I came to pick up my order& they gave my cinnamon sticks away, so they apologized and hurried to make more. I waited 30 minutes for my sticks while my pizzas got cold on my lap!! Got in my truck to see they made 2 ordered of cinnamon sticks and didn’t even put my pizza in the bag?! I didn’t know I had to check each box to make sure they did their job right!!! ! The food itself was not worth the price. Waste of time and money.so disappointed in the service and situation. Stoped at McDonald’s on my way home and got fries and a burger since I have no pizza???

Usually order pizza from here but on Nov 14 ordered 2 extra large pizzas and three people got food poisoning from the pizza. Pizza hotline is refusing to make a refund, saying they can see over video the employees followed safe food handling. Not impressed.

For the first time I ordered a pizza from pizza hotline Selkirk on Monday Nov. 10, 2024. The order was an individual ham and pineapple pizza. When I arrived home I was very disappointed. There was virtually no sauce, very little topping and the pizza crust was terribly under cooked. I certainly would not go there again. Very disappointed.
Ordered two XL 4 topping pizzas from here, Thin crust. Service was quicker than we expected but now it makes sense why.. My husband brought our pizzas home and they weren't even cooked all the way through, they were floppy. Toppings didn't look that great, looked like they were baked right into the crust which was also like cardboard. We were both so disgusted we only ate each a piece. To sum it up i will prob not order from here again. so disappointing! Waste of $35-$40.
