I ordered a 4-topping pizza today. Before paying, I noticed there were only 3 toppings on the pizza. Since it was already cooked, I politely pointed it out to the lady making the pizza.
She was handling food with bare hands and, without even listening properly, offered to just put the missing topping (pineapple) on top of the already cooked pizza, saying “pineapple doesn’t need heat, it’ll be okay.” That is not acceptable.
When I asked them to remake the pizza, her attitude completely changed. She kept staring at us continuously, speaking to coworkers in another language, and made the whole situation extremely uncomfortable. The behavior was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
It is your job to correct mistakes, not the customer’s responsibility to accept poor service or unsafe food handling.
I strongly do not recommend visiting this location, especially at night. I’ll be informing my friends to be cautious and leave reviews as well. I can provide the exact date and time, and management is welcome to check the cameras to see how poorly this situation was handled.
Very disappointing experience overall.

I ordered Pizza and had a great experience! I asked for my pizza to be made Punjabi style with coriander and chilli flakes, and they followed all the instructions perfectly. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and exactly how I wanted it. Really impressed with the service and taste — will definitely order again!

First time trying out Pizza Pizza in Selkirk. I usually love their wings and wanted to try out their pizza for dinner. I ordered online through the app and everything was easy to use and seamless. They said it would be ready between 15-20 minutes and I got there at 20 minutes and it seemed they had already packed it up and been waiting for me.
Handover was efficient and staff were friendly. Would recommend for any pizza cravings! Interested in trying out their wings next time!
