I previously saw a sundae photo purchased at snak shak and thought I would try it. I love chocolate and this sundae did not disappoint! The young lady that served me was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the hot fudge sundae! Delicious!

What a joke for $18.35. Small burger and half melted small shake. I watched the girl scoop through the top of the milkshake machine to get my shake lol. Burger was small with tough patty and over sauce with cheese wiz. I tipped and not even a thanks or smile. The 2 girls working the counter didn’t look like wanted to be there. Food was poor quality can’t believe they are still open.

I thought they forgot to add chicken to my chili chicken wrap, opened it up to see 2 nickel sized pieces of chicken.
I got a vegetable wrap with chilli sauce. Never seen that before.

They should put more beef, the bun is big and barely any beef, skinny, $16.00 for salty fries and hardly any beef..nope, Nu Burger is the best, that's how much I pay and the Hamburger is bigger..not going to waste my money there, being cheap with the meat..
If there was a zero stars rating, the Snak Shak has earned it. Well done. We stood waiting for 10 minutes while the employees were at the back, where they talked and talked and chatted and talked some more. No one acknowledged us, not even to say "hello, I'll be with you shortly " or anything else for that matter. 3 more customers came in behind us and joined the line. We finally gave up and left. We won't be back. Thank you for the terrible service.
Been here sparingly during the summer. Their food isn’t great for the price, but their ice cream and sweets are great!
Got their swirl cone (small size) and they give good portions for the size and price! Was super good and fresh, flavours were delicious.
Tried their pumpkin twister seasonal treat for fall and it was yummy as well!
Would not recommend coming here for food, but a solid dessert place!
