I’m not sure what has happen, the service is awful. Drinks aren’t made correctly.
I sat in line for nearly 10 minutes watching one stock cups the other making a drink. Rather answer a phone then take orders with customers waiting in line.

Not sure where the negative reviews are from, but I've been going to this Starbucks for years and never had an issue. Very friendly and patient staff, and drink is out fast and always made properly. No diffrent then any other starbucks/safeway location I've been too- maybe a tad understaffed, but it's a rural location, I pretty much expect staffing issue. Regardless, wonderful location and fantastic coffee

I live in Winnipeg but was at the cabin and was driving through Selkirk and wanted to grab a coffee for the way home. I literally had the prices on my starbucks app as though I were placing an order. They were trying to charge over a dollar more for the vanilla steamers I tried to get my kids. I showed them and they said they raised their prices but that doesn't make sense either as ON THE APP as if I ordered only an hour from Selkirk it states the price! They didn't seem to understand or know what they were doing. So I took my business elsewhere. Teach your employees better because you'll lose service! I'm a loyal starbucks customer but won't be going here again.

After we paid for two drip coffees the barista started brewing coffee. I said, "hey we don't mind having the other roast of drip coffee!" Then she said, "oh we ran out of that one too." One would think that at the very least a coffee shop would have... Coffee! On hand, ready to go. Of the two coffees we were served, one tasted pretty burnt and the other was tepid. I guess she poured one and then brewed the other while letting the first one cool off for us. Strange experience.

Highly recommend to save your money, this Starbucks in Selkirk is terrible. I have gone multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but not once has it been satisfying, they don’t carry all products for drinks they also don’t have the computer system for scanning for point or (QR codes). The worst is our drinks taste horrific as they have been made incorrectly and always inconsistent.

SERVICE DOGS NOT WELCOME the barista suggested I leave it unattended outside :( this location does not honour Starbucks points system nor do they offer Free Birthday Drinks that are available at every other location.

Chronically understaffed. The person taking the orders should not be the same person making the drinks. There could be two customers in front of you and you’ll literally be there 30 minutes waiting for your coffee. On a few occasions they have actually been out of basic things like regular percolated coffee. I know it’s not a “real” Starbucks but Safeway really should do a better job. It’s a bit of an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand.

This is the slowest Starbucks on the planet. The staff would rather discuss personal topics amongst themselves after taking your order than make the drink you ordered.

A couple months ago, my friend and I went here for the first time and had a great experience. The worker Maxime ? (i can’t remember exactly how to spell her name) but she was very friendly. And when there was no more of the drink i had ordered she recommended a different kind of drink that was similar to the drink i ordered.

The service was terrible they forgot my food and my drink tasted like water. I could’ve just put water in a cup and it would’ve tasted the same. I had a blonde girl and she was rude. I do not recommend this place they have rude employees, terrible drinks and bad service.

Ordered a few drinks with friends nothing complicated easy standard drinks for Starbucks anyways after waiting a good 30 mins for my drinks I go up to the till asking where they were meanwhile the two workers were yapping with one another and ignored me after me asking again they said blankly “what did u have we don’t have your order” AFTER I HAVE ALREADY PAID so again had to tell them what I had ordered I get my drinks they are the wrong ones bring them back and they say “oh that’s not what u had you sure” lol trust me I’m sure again they make them finally I had enough and went home with my drinks which tasted god awful definitely not what I had ordered and same with my friends drinks obviously don’t care too much about there measurements unfit drinks to call Starbucks and workers the two girls that were on that day rude and obviously can’t keep track of what they are doing
