Beyond disappointed. Staff very rude, mocking us, and the most shocking part..I don't even have enough space on here for it. If the owner of this location cares, he will reach out to ask. TO U WORKERS AT 5:40 PM AT MAIN STREET LOCATION IN SELKIRK..IF U HATE YOUR JOB SO MUCH, GET A DIFFERENT ONE!!!

I would like to say that I have travelled all over North America and beyond and have had Jimmy Johns, firehouse subs and many other locations including subway. This Main Street subway location has the most consistent, freshest and delicious subs. Great work! I hope you’re recognized for your great work!! March 21 st 3:55 pm.

A few weeks ago, I visited Subway, and unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant due to the behavior of the staff. One of the employees,male his name Balwinder, after taking my order, started mocking the way I pronounced the names of the ingredients with his colleague. It was very offensive and uncomfortable for me. I believe that customers should be treated with respect, regardless of any factors. I also noticed that no one responds to reviews, and there is no feedback. This is disappointing because such rude employees may cause you to lose customers. I expect that Subway will review its service standards and ensure respect and tolerance in its establishments.i felt very discriminated that time .

Subway on Main Street. Was good. There were a few ppl lined up but we got through quickly. Got rotisserie chicken salad. I said a little more chicken in the scoop. U want double meat? he asked. I said not really, but ok. So then he goes to give me another scoop of chicken but this time the 2nd scoop is only half full...ok whatever I guess that's double meat. Haha.
Everything was fresh-looking, I loved that!
At first, he put approx 1/3 of a cup of lettuce in my bowl..lol. I said more lettuce, please. Another little sprinkle of lettuce came. Hmmm..ok..lol
Cheese comes with salad so I asked for mozzarella..... but nope, I wasn't paying 2 bucks extra. Depends on who is working on how good or big the salad is. I told him what I wanted on it, and it was fine. Then I said LOTS of black olives, please. I got 4.. I said more please.. bout 3 more.. we were laughing and he smiled when I said, I want a lot, lol. So he came back to pick up more...4, 4, a few more.. geez! Just gimme a half a handful. Haha!!"
Anyway, it ended up that it was great! 😁.

The worst encounter ever This employee goes by the name of Balwinder and says he works as the store manager. The most impolite individual ever has no communication skills and doesn't even know how to interact with customers. He was speaking in a language other than English and lacked political vocabulary. I ll suggest if you dont know how to work or if you are having a bad day leave the job and stay home

They were trying to rush our orders through so badly we didn’t have time see any options. They apparently have no idea what cold cut turkey or deli turkey or sliced turkey is. Ended up taking more than twice as long because they kept trying to rush through everything and not listening to anything we were saying. Each of us had to repeat ourselves multiple times during each step including checkout. Checkout I had to repeat 5 times that the 4 of us were paying together and they still tried ringing us in individually, starting with my 7 year old son somehow expecting him to pay for his. The whole thing was a nightmare of a headache to go through.

Cheapest Subway I've ever been to... A standard 6" cold cut sandiwch is supposed to get 6 pieces of meat - this location only gives 4.

I asked for spinach - they gave me 8 leafs with a serious face...

The cucumbers are sliced paper thin and they still only give you 3 per 6".

The staff are nice and the place is clean and spacious. Great for take out or dine- in

Whoever is making the calls to stretch your supplies to last longer needs to stop.

I'm boycotting your location due to these particular business practices.
