Really good food at a great value. Fresh ingredients. A nice surprise for a smaller town to have a place with slightly healthier options. My spot to eat when in selkirk. Coffee here is pretty good too if you want one

The food was absolutely fantastic! The building itself seemed rather run down and old and they seemed short staffed for the amount of to go orders. That being said it was still a positive experience and have recommended it to others!

One of my favorite spots in Selkirk! The grilled wraps are to die for and healthy at the same time :)
My bf eats meat but did not miss it because the grilled wraps were that loaded and delicious.

We also got a “green machine” and “mighty kiwi” green juice that were delish and pressed right in front of us. I was also impressed to see they washed the veg before pressing them too.

It’s nice to have a place you can get a quick bite and not feel sluggish after eating because it’s actually healthy.

Cool retro atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food with a great variety of choices including lots of vegetarian and vegan options. I had the Thai chicken wrap and it was perfectly spiced. Can't recommend it enough!

The food was good. My daughter was finally able to get a good meal for vegan, and we all enjoyed the food except for hubby who wanted meat. Funny enough, they were out of Kiwi 😂 , so no kiwi smooth.

I’ve been wanting to stop by for years and finally got the chance being in Selkirk. Ordered a green juice and was surprised that they literally press it right in front of you! Was so cool to see exactly what goes in my cup and that it was as fresh as it could possibly be! Tasted amazing was a fair price considering you could see exactly how much produce you use up for juicing. Will definitely be back as it is hard to find places with non dairy options

I love the vegetarian options. Had a delicious panini today, the Garden Dill. Super yummy and served by the owner with a smile. Always good!
