i used to love tim hortons as a kid but this location especially plummeted down the drain and it’s talked about a lot within the community. I went there today because i wanted a farmers wrap before work and i brought my mom one as well. we like farmers wraps and get them often. I asked for extra sauce on both of them and when i drove home and bit into it there was no sauce until a fourth of the wrap was left and the egg tasted disgusting. We have asked for and been charged for extra sauce several times and not gotten any but this time i thought they didn’t put any sauce in it at all. I’m extremely unimpressed with this establishment.

Worse service by staff every time when i visit with my family they look at us like this place is not for customers and they treat like they are owner.Most important thing they are very rude and put you on wait for long time instead of serving customers they started to talk with each other and laugh at customers.It looks nobody have control on them to provide good customer service.
Went in at 10 couldn’t get a hot chocolate cause was closed for the night, whatever not big deal even tho there open 24 hours so got donuts instead girl was very rude and quick to get back to her conversation

This Tim hortons used to be one of the best in Canada unfortunately it has gone so far down hill I refuse to get anything other then a hot beverage.
The donut glaze is so watered down that you cannot call the donuts glazed. I would highly recommend not buying a glazed donut.
