Slowest service I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. Cookie was not fresh.

Was waiting in line for 20 minutes until I finally got service and then then only have 1 person at the till and 5 standing at the drive thru window and only 1 working while the others are talking to each other and it's not the first time either. Only went there for 6 coffees. Not happy with the service there it really needs to improve!!

We ordered a French Vanilla, but the one we received was very watery. We went back inside to request a replacement, and unfortunately, we were treated very poorly by the team member, Audry. When we approached the counter, we had to wait while the staff continued talking among themselves. There were at least five team members working, yet none of them came to take our order. We waited for quite a while.
When Audry finally came to assist us, she approached with a negative attitude and took the French Vanilla from our hands without offering any apology or acknowledgment. When I questioned her behaviour, she responded by asking why I was “giving attitude.” I then asked to speak with the manager.
The manager came, apologized, and replaced our drink. She explained that the machine was malfunctioning. I understand that such issues can happen, and I was not upset about the incorrect drink itself, but rather about the behaviour of the team member, Audry.
I kindly request that you review the CCTV footage from approximately 6:20 PM to 6:30 PM. Even while we were speaking with the manager, I noticed Audry walking by, being disrespectful, and making inappropriate gestures toward us to her coworkers.
She was extremely rude, did not apologize, and was even mocking us. Please review the CCTV footage during the time mentioned, as it will clearly show what happened.
I hope appropriate steps will be taken, as hiring team members who behave in this manner can negatively impact the reputation of Tim Hortons.

Tim Hortons is located on 263 Main St in Selkirk, Manitoba. It’s a typical Tim Hortons. The restaurant is updated, clean stacked with a wide variety of cookies, sandwiches, bagels, donuts, and Tim bits. I ordered a tea for myself as well as a cookie and everything was pretty good. There’s a drive-through as well as plenty of parking.

If you can't manage a smile or even look at customers when handing them their order,then you are in the wrong job.I see this way too often at Tim's.customers are just a hassle for the staff.

Charging port are not working
I am so disgusted and ashamed of this tim’s. I have been a customer at this tim’s for over a decade and have never had issues until today.
We got a sausage farmers wrap that had ACTUAL MOLD in it. My boyfriend got super sick from it and could barely walk because of it. I am so utterly disappointed in this tim’s and how the service went from amazing 10 years ago to complete garbage.
They don’t even have friendly service anymore like they once did and can’t even give us a simple “hello” or “have a good day” in the drive thru anymore.
