I’ve ordered twice through the app ahead of time and neither time was my order ready when I got there. Tonight the store was not busy at all I had placed my order 10 minutes before we arrived so it would I be ready but it wasn’t. I won’t be returning to this Tim hortons in the future

They steal your change so get a receipt. Told manager hopefully they watch the staff. It happens on every order so watch the staff they're ripping you off

I ordered a maple bacon BELT and they gave me an egg English muffin, after I asked if it was the bagel she said no and I said I wanted a bagel BELT and she asked “with egg?” And I said yes… because the E In belt is EGG. Once I got it I just left and got home to realize it was missing the LT. LMAO. My coffee was good tho.
