Very disappointing experience. The pizza wasn’t even heated properly—I was told to use the microwave myself. Anyone knows how soggy pizza gets that way. The staff showed little concern, and no refund was offered. What I received looked like old, refrigerated pizza. After a long week, this was the last thing I needed. Gross and unacceptable.

Thankfully, the people who work there are nice, and that's it. Bad coffee, overpriced food, and poor food quality. I grabbed two pre-made chicken Ceasars wraps, and they were hands down the worst sandwiches I have ever had. Soggy, fake pink bacon, pregrilled chicken from a box, and bad sauce. It cost $20, and they tasted down right awful.

This is the worst place on base!! Not only r they stingy with the gravey, me and my husband got food poisoning from them!! Never going to order from them again!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! Need a better restaurant on base then this!! Even ordered a donair pizza from them once cuz we r from Nova Scotia and there was barely any donair meat on the pizza and I’m not even sure it was actual donair meat lol sure didn’t look like it!!

I regularly order pizza from here. The quality can vary a lot depending on who’s making your food. I generally find it quite overpriced and I’ve had issues being overcharged in the past: I once paid $40 for a medium 3 topping pizza to be delivered to my place under a kilometre away - yes that’s on me for not addressing it with them immediately after, but it still happened.
If what you’re looking for is your average pizza delivery place, look no further.
I do believe if there were any better competition for customers in the immediate vicinity of Shilo, Pizza Pizza’s quality and value would improve out of necessity.

This place is litteraly never open at there hours ? like this is the 4th time they are supposed to be open and I call no answer. Go there and they are locked up and no one's around like seriously. I'm gonna stop ordering here is so ridiculous.
