Ordered a Great Canadian Club sub and they forgot 2 ingredients - cheddar cheese and smoked bacon. 2 of the best ingredients. Wow....and management let's their workers get away with mishandled orders? Under trained staff much ?

One of the worse service ever, had to walk out and leave our food. Within 10 seconds we were asked like 20 times like what we like to order, rushing people and giving them mean unwelcoming looks is really bad.
Dirty! Rude staff! Charging for a bag to take my 3 subs....and only canned drinks while charging for bottles. I understand its a small town but show some pride in your business

Standard/ Basic Subway. One thing, though: they were out of bread because of the huge uptick of people in the town, but the staff worked very fast at getting new, fresh bread out asap!

It’s pretty nice there! I’ve always enjoyed subway so that’s a plus. Staff always start a conversation with me and they seem to know my order already! I don’t really stay inside often but, I think it’s quite nice! Happy it’s in town. Also is super nice they have the calories on everything! Really helps with a person who’s on a diet!

Thank you morning shift. The food was absolutely delicious and the service.. wow speechless. Looks like the staff really enjoys their job and care about the costumers. I even forgot my phone and didn’t notice it until the shift leader came searching for us all over Souris. Thank you again for the food, the phone, and simply for caring. God bless you all.

I fell and rolled my ankle on the front step. Staff was immediately there to help. I felt bad but I was thankful that I got the help I needed. I hope that they know how wonderful they are and how much their help meant to me.
