Came here for ice cream cones with my family! The prices for ice cream are insanely affordable, and the amount you get is incredibly generous! Our new ice cream spot!

Le Routier is the kind of greasy spoon where you go in hungry and come out older. We waited 35 minutes for two burgers and a poutine—not true poutine, mind you. The shredded cheese was tasty, but without curds, it’s just fancy cheesy fries. Delicious? Yes. Legit poutine? Nope.

The fries, though, are the highlight of the menu and possibly the town. Hand-cut, perfectly crisped, seasoned like a dream. If they went all-in on their fry game with proper curds and gravy science, they’d be unstoppable.

The burgers? Not so much. Dry, overcooked patties on buns toasted into submission. Toppings were fresh and trying their best to salvage the situation, but even they couldn’t save it. To top it off, we made special requests—no sauce, hold the pickles—and got the full works anyway. Classic kitchen rebellion.

Ordering takeout here feels like trying to decode a ransom call. You can’t see the staff, you can barely hear them, and you’re just hoping your burger doesn’t come with mystery sauce. The building exterior could use some TLC: weeds everywhere, paint clashing like a bad Tinder date, and a garbage bin perfectly positioned to host a fly rave. We waited in the car, windows up, like we were hiding from a bear.

Google won’t allow it, but I rate it a 2.3/5. Those fries slap harder than Aunt Bev’s when someone says her lasagne is “pretty good.” There’s serious potential here, but until they clean up the service, fix the ordering setup, and give those burgers some love, it’s a one-item wonder.

Went for a walk with my wife and dogs. Stopped for a sweet treat. My wife ordered a blizzard that was runnier than my milkshake and was very disappointed. On top of that we asked for a cup of tap water so the dogs could have a quick drink and they refused. Bad icecream, worse service. If your looking for a sweet treat go to Big Way for gelato

Lived here most of my life John amd Arlene used to make this place home amd welcoming. Not anymore with the new cranky owners who can barely understand your oder and had the nerve to yell at my wife and if for going to sit inside and almost empty restaurant where I provly would have bought spe.thing else anyways. Foods gone down hill , more every year and the kitchen gets dirtier by the day I hate having.g to say it about this staple of the community but they have failed to uphold the standards once set

Mostly good meal, large and piping hot. Had the Chinese special, good price. Rice was a bit dry but tasted great. Other items (breaded shrimp, sweet & sour chicken, spring rolls and chop suey) were really good. Only one person working (or so it seemed), so service was slow, even though we were there only customers in the restaurant just after lunch.

My first visit, ordered Chinese take away. Food was perfect, large portions and cooked to perfection. Owner is very friendly, great service. Although restaurant is a bit older, nice atmosphere and very clean. Bathroom was spotless. St Pierre residents are very fortunate to have this local restaurant. If passing thru town, definitely worth stopping in.

I think it's the worst restaurant I've ever eaten in... However, the announcement of typical Canadian and Asian cuisine seemed interesting.
The place is common, charming nothing more, but that can be ok when the food is good. Well no. After a good half hour of waiting (for a hot dog and a more traditional dish), the rice and pasta had an old aftertaste of burnt and old oil, the lemon chicken, definitely too fatty and the fried ravioli, too fried and without really any identifiable taste...
Too bad because the owners are charming but their cooking is really not good (at least for us the day we stopped there)
Go there if you want. I don't think I'll go back...

The food was okay, but the cheese dogs were cold, the food took 35 minutes from the take out window! No Ketchup in the bag and mozzarella sticks were mid and had no cheese in them.
