Being from Tennessee, we hadn’t been at an A&W for decades! The frosty mugs and rootbeer were so delicious, just like we remember! We enjoyed our Beyond Burgers and fries very much, we tried one of the new veggie burgers and split it 4 ways and our server divided it for us! His kindness went beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this restaurant!
Vegetarian options: The new veggie burger is a bit more spicy than we like, but the Beyond Burgers were perfect!

I went through your drive through today October 11 @ 2:45. The young man in the window was extremely kind and sweet, first smile I had seen all day. The food was better than usual. Fresh and made with love. Pass the message to this man please.

We stopped by to pick up supper and used the drive through. We order a couple meals and two frozen root beers with sweet cream. When we got to the window after a couple of minutes we got our meal and one drink. We were told to park in a stall and wait for our second drink, no explanation as to why we had to wait. After 10 minutes my wife went in to see where are second frozen root beer was. They told my wife it was just being made because they had to refill the machine. So from ordering our food to receiving all our order took almost fifteen minutes

I ordered 2 teens, 1 sm fry, 1 lg fry, and 2 smoothies at the drive thru, told them I had the 2-teen coupon. At the window she looked at my coupon and asked if I wanted combos or to use the coupon. I said coupon, 2 teens and some extra stuff. She confirmed I still wanted the drinks and rang me up. $24. 13 for the 2 burgers and I figured the rest was for FRIES and DRINKS. NOPE. She dropped the fries that I specifically ordered from my order. The smoothies were 9$ (plus the taxes). I didn't stop to check because I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. I ordered fries because I wanted fries. She never confirmed with me that she could remove them from the order.
Food was ok had a chubby chicken sandwich was to proccesed for me and the onion works weren't fresh

The food is tasty... but sheesh, his place is getting too pricey for us. The only way to use email deals is through their sluggish app that glitches out with GooglePay making me have to redo the entire order. No complaints about the service. The employees are great! Clean establishment.
