Good spot. For was good to very good.
Served in a large room .,,,basic social atmosphere. Worth a visit! Think $25/plate...without alcohol.

The food was really disappointing. The baked potato was wrapped in foil, completely plain no salt, no spices, no flavor at all. The service was terrible. We asked them to call us when the order was ready, but no one called. Very poor experience overall. Because of this, we won’t be coming back.

Don't recommend for catering if you have any dietary restrictions. Went to a wedding a our 'vegan' salad had canola oil for dressing and they forgot the main course.

We've been going here for years and let me say that while the food is always good, the service is consistently horrible. Often the servers are rude and do not even make an effort to be attentive. We keep going back for the food, but we set very low expectations on the service every time.

Drove 40 minutes to get the place for not very good experience.
1. Food is ok, portions are enough. Price is reasonable. Brisket was very dry and chicken barely juicy. Mac and cheese were good. Not complementary breads.
2. Atmosphere. Is a very familiar place, nothing exotic just a bbq place.
3. Very very bad. Just for the experience I had I don’t recommend this place and also never come back. Server was rude, not helpful at all. When I asked for something, she tried to avoid us twice. The tip is not voluntary, starts in 15% and maybe that’s the reason some of them don’t care about the customers. Unfortunately, this was our one time courtesy

We live locally and often go to Bigg Smoak for our date nights and family celebrations. We purchased a vertical discounts coupon book from the SRSS football fund raiser.
We had a coupon for 25% off total bill (max $25) and they would not honor it. I had used other coupons in the area without issue.
Once home I called the manager, who we are on a first name basis with from our frequent visits, and asked that something be done. They never got back to me. I allowed time for them to remedy the situation and still nothing.
It’s crazy to me that a local restaurant would not honor a valid $25 coupon when they KNOW we eat there lots. They lost a faithful customer. We will not be going to Bigg Smoak again.
