Just paid over $20 to be served over 2 smoothies that were made wrong- I always get the same 2- protein was not added to either with blue scoop but with a small metal spoon- no blueberries in mind over matcha- the girl was flustered when we came in and just didn’t care Aug. 27 at 7:50

I’ve been coming to this location ever since I moved to this dump of a town 5 months ago, and when I’ve ordered extra protein I’ve always been given the extra’s in the blender in a snack size cup. I’ve been told since I paid for the extra protein I get the extras.
However today all three girls working had no idea what they were doing, I calmly explained my past experiences however they still refused to give me my extras that were sitting in the blender and just gonna be washed out and wasted anyways. Pathetic.

I order food on feastify, there’s usually a travel tape for where the straw goes on the drinks to reassure the customer, I received mine without it and it bothered me on a level I didn’t know I could be bothered lol. I don’t trust people enough to receive a product without that tape. Please put the tape where it belongs, no matter the size of the cup.
