Had a triple pepperoni heart shaped pizza at Boston in Steinbach MB....burnt pepperoni and mabe a tablespoon of sauce,not impressed,was like a pizza equivalent to the discount pizza garbage places in business serving cheap fast food,friends I have in AB two provinces over have had the same experiences with Boston and their pizza out there,so I'll be a lost customer to Boston Pizza until I hear publicly across the country that this restaurant is making changes where their pizza is desirable again,sorry for the bad review but it is expensive enough to go out for a meal and then be disappointed from a place that used to have a wonderful pizza product

Food was meh, very little sauce on the pizza, drink didn't have syrup so Tasted like bubbly water & was Slooooooooooow. Took so long to get the replacement ment drink I didn't even have time to drink it, and then took forever to get the bill.

My husband and I usually have an excellent experience here at Boston pizza but unfortunately it wasn't the greatest especially our server. He didn't seem to care about his job. Hardly stopped by to see if the food was good or if we needed anything like refills. He stopped by once and never stopped till it came to the bill which is a huge disappointment. I was very thirsty. The food although was excellent so we did a leave a tip . Usually when servers are like this I leave zero but because our food was delicious we left 20% on a $82.00 meal. Please do better with your staff. Unfortunately this is our last time going to Boston pizza.

Visited the restaurant and ordered the new prosciutto pizza, which we believe may have caused the food poisoning. Additionally, it contained very burnt onions. Unfortunately, after the visit I felt unwell and experienced symptoms of food poisoning. I hope the management will pay attention to product quality and compliance with sanitary standards.

The garlic parmesan fries are to die for 😋, and the service was amazing! A special thanks to the hardworking staff! Overall a very pleasant experience! (Please dont mind my bad photography skills)
The service provided was extremely slow, the servers were very nice but clearly short staffed. Management needs to step up here.

Hadn't been to Boston Pizza in a decade. Was pumped to see the Boston Royal back on the menu. We have also always loved the Spicy Perogy so got that as well. The Spicy Perogy which was a 5/10 hot was tonight an 8. Caused health problems for someone in our party. In our Boston Royal that same family member ate this hair that I've pictured. Do better
