We regularly visit this location and have never been disappointed. Today we were served by Sophia who was extremely friendlly and attentive and made us feel very welcome . Just like the staff the Manager exemplifies perfect customer service. We also appreciate the $15 special which is ideal for lunch

Thought we would give them another chance. The service was very poor. We waited a very long time to get our drinks after ordering them. Our refill order took a long time to get. It wasn't even busy. They forgot to give us things we ordered.
I wouldn't come here if you are under a set timeframe to eat because you probably won't get your food before you need to leave.

The food once again was a flop.pep pizza had no sauce.both fettechini we had wasent that great. 2hrs by the time we hot our food.had no idea wat the price was . The only good thing was the delivery gurl such a patient sweety.
Expensive, but the pizza is tasty. Staff is always super friendly.

Boston Pizza in Steinbach and in Dauphin are basically the same - food, atmosphere and service. Boston Pizza has a standard quality of food which they maintain very nicely. We ordered to take out, and was not disappointed. Well done!
