The service from the employees was great, she was very kind and helpful. The food was also good, but the only complaint i have is that they have a serious fly 🪰 issue. It makes it extremely annoying to dine in. I will not be eating inside again until they do something about this.

I had a fantastic experience at the Steinbach Burger King today! I stopped by during an off-peak hour, but despite it being a bit slower, the service was incredibly quick and friendly. The staff were all smiles and had my order ready in no time. The restaurant itself was immaculate—the dining area was spotless and well-maintained. Most importantly, the food was a home run. Everything was fresh and hot, which isn't always a given during quiet periods, so it was a pleasant surprise. The Whopper was perfectly flame-grilled, and the fries were crispy and fresh. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service and fresh, delicious food!

Not from Steinbach but have been twice to this Burger King while I'm staying here and definitely not disappointed, both times my orders have been great, double whopper burger tasted really good and fresh, fries really good, chicken nuggets also good, will be making another visit, service was very awesome indeed, 'Trisha' was very helpful, cheerful and always happy to help (5 stars to Trisha also) keep up the great work, very much appreciated.

Was just there Aug 1 2025 around 1:45 Stood there for what seemed like 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. You could tell staff noticed me but no one made any effort to help me. I eventually left and went elsewhere. Absolutely no customer service here unless you are in the drive thru? There were lots of staff, just no one attending to customers at the counter.
Downloading the app makes it so worth it, great deals all the time on it!

Today I went to drive thru around 11 pm, I was greeted by a very kind lady who made our experience so much better. She was extremely polite and helpful. I will visit again to see her.

It’s so dirty in there that I’d be ashamed to serve people food in the place. Dirty floors, garbage and food on the floor. The place was empty except for the 4 people in the restaurant and two running the place. One of the two was the manager. Won’t catch me anywhere near that place again.
