Stopped here to try it for the 1st time. The place was dead but looked clean, although the floors and tables were sticky. We were excited to try it. We ordered the 3 piece chicken medium hot with cajun waffle fries and hot honey. The chicken was greasy and cumin spice was overpowering. It was spicy but lacking flavor. The hot honey sauce didn't taste like hot honey, it tasted like coleslaw dressing. The waffle fries were thick and heavy, the cajun seasoning tasted more like sweet bbq. The coleslaw that came with it was disgusting. Unfortunately it was super disappointing and we will not be back.

We’ve been here many times since they opened and the food has always been great (except for one time but, that’s not why I wrote this review). Yesterday we went in and I was going to try their burger week offering but when I seen what it was I decided against it and ordered chicken bites instead. It turns out I was looking at the wrong thing on the menu and I decided to change my order to their burger week entry, mind this was only a minute after I finished paying. So I went back and changed it, he processed it and said tap your card and it will refund the difference. Well all I could see was another debit to my card. I mentioned it right away and he it say on my machine that the refund was processed. Before I left with my food 15 minutes later, I showed him on my online banking it was only 2 debits. He said according to the till it should’ve worked and if it doesn’t show up by the end of the day to call him. This was annoying to me because during this whole time, he could barely be bothered to stop talking to his girlfriend long enough to help me and also, I live in Ste Anne and didn’t want to have to make the trip back to get my money. He didn’t seem to be concerned though, just wanted to get back to his conversation. Kinda ruined my day though to be honest. This was around 1:30 in the afternoon, I texted him about 8:30 in the evening to let him know, of course there was no refund. I could see that he read the message but didn’t respond. I message him again this morning around 10 am and still no response. So I guess I’m out the $13 and even more sad, I can no longer support this place where I really like the food!

Absolutely worth it 100%! My boyfriend and I ordered a meal that feeds 2-3 ppl, thinking that was perfect, but it ended up way more than we thot to just to eat in one sitting! Definitely get more than what u pay for! Will definitely be going there more often whenever I want a chicken burger

Had the OG Sandwich today with a mild/medium heat level and the waffle fries. By far, this is the BEST chicken sandwich I have EVER had! The heat was just perfect ? the chicken thighs were juicy and the Cole slaw was ahhhmazing! The Chica sauce and the new Garlic Parmesan was soooo good with the waffle fries. I used my sandwich to clean out the container, it was that good!

I think about the OG sandwich alot. It's everything you could want in a chicken sandwich and more. I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. The wait for food can take a bit but it's worth it, I'll always have patience for the waffle fries. Can't wait for my next opportunity!
