Last weekend stopped with some of my family to buy blizzards and some food. Decided to bring a Blizzard home to my partner. We live an hour away!! When Aiden, one of the fabulous employees overheard this he went above and beyond. Got a box, ice in a back and popped in the blizzard. Made it home with very little melting. Thank you Aiden. You are the best!!!

Came through tonight at around 10pm. Just wanted to comment on the exceptionally pleasant young man and young lady working the drive thru. This is seen less and less these days. Keep it. We'll be back again for a late night blizzard😁

They've forgotten to include my chicken burger three times in six months now. My bad for not verifying it's all there when I'm leaving but why is it always the chicken burger and never anything else??
I ordered a banana split ice cream with no whipped cream. The employee gives it to me and I ask for it to be remade since I said no whipped cream before paying and they agreed. The employee gave me a hard time about it and she barely gave me any toppings the second time. Rude, immature and careless staff. The dining area was a mess, dirty with lots of crumbs and sticky tables.

When I'm paying $8 for a blizzard, I expect it to be full of toppings all the way to the bottom. Not so with the Dairy Queen in Steinbach. The top 2 inches have toppings, the rest of it is flavorless vanilla ice cream. What a supreme rip off. Went in recently to try again and mentioned this issue but it didn't matter, the results were the same. Dairy Queen, you need to get your act together. Read through the reviews to see you're not doing a good job. It's good you respond to each one but we'd all appreciate if you'd DO something about it. I won't be back until I see through the reviews that you've changed. This is ridiculous.

Ordered a medium blizzard and it wasn't even close to filled... Wife got a small cone and the portion was VERY small. Hoping it was just a one time thing cus for that high of a price to reduce portions is quite disappointing.

Came here for ice cream, one of us ordered a small blizzard salted caramel and another medium brownie batter they mixed them up yet got it right on the receipt, one brunette and one blonde the one taking our order named holly when we went to get the ice cream corrected they laughed at us. This happened around 8:40pm unacceptable and rude.

Food was still good,however they didn't know what table we were at since forgetting to give us a number so they wandered around, worst thing our sundays came with a very long hair in it, girls should wear nets,
