I’ve been a Customer of Domino’s for several years now and always had a great experience. The only issue I have is with the App as I haven’t been able to update my phone number for 2 years. Today the App was having issues and I couldn’t take advantage of the 60 Points for a free pizza I have. When I stopped in at the store the owner still honoured the deal even though the issue is on the Head Offices side. I truly appreciate his kindness and friendliness and look forward to placing many more orders with the store. Excellent service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my experience at your store on October 4th. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was shocked to see numerous flies on the walls and throughout the kitchen area. The unsanitary conditions were extremely disturbing and made me feel sick to my stomach.
I value cleanliness and proper hygiene when it comes to food establishments, and this experience has left me questioning the store’s standards and food safety practices. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly to prevent it from happening again.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate a response regarding any actions taken to resolve this issue.
Used to love domino's as a treat. Was affordable and delicious. Recently their food has gotten horrible! Last few times, we've gotten sick. Like almost flu-like sick. Call in... get told they'll give us a credit or replace the food. After today, we are done with dominos and will be taking our business elsewhere. Whoever was working today gave my husband a very dirty look when he came back for a refund and just total disrespect. Kept arguing with my husband... pretty sad. I would rate zero stars if I could.
