Terrible experience at Domino's tonight. Placed an order well before closing time, only to arrive and find out it was completely neglected. The store was still open, yet they failed to fulfill our order. The staff seemed unorganized and apathetic, showing little concern for customer satisfaction. This level of neglect is unacceptable, especially when there was ample time to prepare the order. Disappointing service and a lack of basic competence. Will not be returning."
Night staff is so rude, I called them, he asked me to hold and before I say ok, he said ok and put me on hold, I call them again, he said same scripted dialog and then I suddenly said NO NO I will not hold , atleast you have to listen if i say ok , he was so rudely said that you are so rude and I won't take your order, I said you are not the only pizza in town, he banged the phone on my face, how come they so arrogant, this is a service industry, they are literally strayed

I order Brooklyn pizza it burnt the crust pizza was cold topping was dry out they never moved like when it was fresh taste like they warm it up in microwave then toss in box the driver never had it in bag ever since I ate being going for poop all night long my stomach still feels up set I never going to eat they for long time till have better workers they I miss the old workers they made good pizzas back then
