Had to wait forever for them to put together our order, no they were not waiting for the chicken to finish frying, they were just barely moving. This is not the first time either.

Be prepared to wait. Not organized at all. A person was waiting when I came in and I ordered and a family ordered. The family got there’s and still the man before me is waiting, told sorry, 30 more seconds to wait over 5 still waiting. We finally got ours and man is still waiting. Wow is all I can say. It may have been better had they offered free food vouchers or something. Won’t return . The greeting was pleasant.

They always seem to be out of stock on various menu items. Very disappointing. We went through the drive thru and asked for tenders, they were out. We tried to order sliders, they were out. Then we asked for onion rings and they were also out. This is a repeating problem. They need to hire a new manager who knows how to keep enough stock.

Stopped in there Aug,18th 2025 ordered a spicy snacker wrap ho bucket. And a spicy big cruch. Nothing was right. The starter with a slider brought that back. They made a wrap. Still not spicy and the wrap was so hard I couldn't eat it. My big crunch sandwich had so much mayo on it I couldn't even taste the chicken and there was yet again no spicy on it. Not pleased with them.
