The service is really quick and friendly. Their so sweet talking to me and handled every transaction professionally. They serve my food really quick. The big crunch is really good and served fresh along with the fries. Gravy has a really good flavour, perfect for fries and chicken.

I typically don't like.to leave bad reviews but tonight was the last straw for me I think. Granted, its a cold night and Friday at that. A little excited to pick up dinner WITH me hunny since we drove in to work together, (once a year). We ordered two burgers, a 2pc chicken, a lrg frie and lrg gravy, and we're told about 10-15 min wait. Ok sure. It's 5:30, Dinner time, Friday night, minus 40°c out, sure. They brought our food 35-40 minutes later, we go home (not in Steinbach) to find out we didn't get ANY Fries! Ooh but we got the lrg gravy.... for What now?!!! I get that it's busy, but shouldn't there be protocol in place to verify orders are correct?!!! I'd really like my $20 back for the fries we never got and the gravy that was useless at thos point. This is certainly not the first issue over the years. I've always just 'let it go', but at what point does service have any standards? This goes for ANY place, restaurant or retail! Almost always something missing amd not worth the drive back to town, only ONCE have we been able to enjoy the extra crispy recipe, however long ago, always out of... whatever. The new building was very poorly placed, from take-out window & curb, to parking lot.... it speaks for itself. However, the staff themselves, aside from checking orders for accuracy, are generally very friendly and pleasant. Thank you.

I've complained multiple times to them about there fountain drink machine cause everytime I've gone in ans had its always flat, not sure if this is just normal with these machines.

Had to wait forever for them to put together our order, no they were not waiting for the chicken to finish frying, they were just barely moving. This is not the first time either.

Be prepared to wait. Not organized at all. A person was waiting when I came in and I ordered and a family ordered. The family got there’s and still the man before me is waiting, told sorry, 30 more seconds to wait over 5 still waiting. We finally got ours and man is still waiting. Wow is all I can say. It may have been better had they offered free food vouchers or something. Won’t return . The greeting was pleasant.
