Those terminal are always out of paper in the morning. When requested the receipt, I was told I will need to wait 20 minutes to get it reprinted. Not the kind of answer I was expecting from McDonalds.

Also, order is wrong. Paid for extra egg that did not get.

The worst mcdonald's ever ordered pickles, I got none 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 i just wanted to have a burger with a bunch of pickles, and they couldn't do that. But thxx 😁

Seven of us at supper time on a Friday night. Yes it took a bit longer to get our food but it could have taken a lot longer. But it did not. They had a lot of staff feeding the hungry crowd. Enough staff on hand is not what you see a lot of anymore but they did here. Impressive! Everyone’s fries were a bit underdone….timer needed adjustment. My BLT quarter pounder was the best one I have ever had at any McDonalds! It not only almost looked like the picture but it tasted so good. Had an ice cream cone for dessert and it was very good also. So often McDonald’s ice creams are grainy and watery, but this one was smooth and tasty.
Well done Steinbach staff/management!

The fact that this restaurant hasn't been boycotted despite being the only fast food restaurant without free refills in this town is crazy. The biggest restaurant in the world yet cant afford to give its customers free refills

Good morning everyone. I want to share my experience from this morning at 1:30 AM. I ordered 2 large fries and 2 coffees. The coffee I received was cold, and the fries were burnt and hard. This needs improvement.

Old faithful, hungry ?, no time?, drive thrue, eat in the car, two quarter pounder meals, two burgers two orders of fries two cokes and an extra burger plain for the dog over 40 dollars!! Ridiculous!! Was hot ,quarter pounders have shrunk drastically, definitely not quarter pound of beef , false advertising,usually not a lot of smiles when we do go in to eat either, we try to avoid the place as much as possible.

Well I am so disappointed in the service and all for a medium vanilla chai frappé. I went to the auto fill machine as it’s a simple order and easy to pay. I asked for extra whip cream you’d think simple right? Wrong! I was given a medium with whip cream and chocolate drizzle (my receipt confirmed my order was only with the drink and no chocolate) I mean I’ve worked at fast food restaurants it’s not rocket science to confirm what you are making for the customer. However when I requested that they remake it without the chocolate I was given a beautiful eye roll and a huff and puff over having to do so but when handed back it was given with the same cup that had the chocolate still in it ?? Are you kidding me ?? So now it’s been made twice. I also decided I would sit inside for a moment to meet someone quickly only to find the only available seats are by the washroom with caution tape on 3 tables and the other side with sticky spilled pop all over the other three. So I opted out for sitting in but wow not impressed.

2 of 3 breakfast meals ordered this morning in the drive through were wrong. Ordered 2 chicken breakfast wrap combos, and both had no hashbrown patties in them, and the lettuce wasn't fresh. Called to talk to a manager about it who offered to replace the meals (was already miles down the road) so I just asked if she could make sure that the staff was more attentive and that maybe they had more staff who could speak and understand English. She simply laughed as she hung up. Rather rude and very unprofessional as a manager, I would not recommend this place based on their service and lack of proper management.
