If the demand and finances are available, some sort of second location should be considered -- even if product sold at a few grocery stores.

Wonderful country style diner with plenty of seating. A quaint entrance into a cute little gift shop of many house-made products. Come here for your traditional Mennonite food items! The service is very welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable. This was our first time here. It won't be our last! We very much enjoyed the experience!

Food was okay but very overpriced. Will not be returning. There's better options in Steinbach.

As much as I wanted to give this restaurant a good rating, it just was not possible. I was looking forward to authentic Mennonite food, but instead had the worst kielke and schmaunfat that I've ever tasted. The kielke (noodles) were too thick and rubbery and the schmaunfat was terrible. It was thick as paste, with no delectable smoothness or richness. Even the fried onions - which were generous, could not mask the taste of too much flour. Such a poor reflection on what should be great, "down home" food.

The scent of fresh cooked Mennonite food is like visiting Grandma. It feels like you're at home.
