This is the first time I went tonthe stores new location. They did a good job on the set-up. The staff were friendly and service was quick. There was a bit of a line up when we got there and we did not have to wait long. My wife and I both had the caprese sandwich, lime pasteries and ice chai latte. The sandwichws warmed up and very tasty, and the pasteries were creamy and delicious. I would have given 5 stars but our ice chai lattes were bland and lacked taste. We only drank...

I’ve been a repeat customer of Old Church Bakery for years! I was first introduced to them when we found them at the St. Norbert Farmers’ Market years ago, and we fell in love with the almond croissants and bordelaise bread. We made the drive out to Steinbach one morning from Winnipeg just to come here and found they have so much more selection than the market! The cruffins and cream puffs are definitely a highlight, and we love how fresh and high-quality their baked goods...

So while the pastries, bread and coffee are great here, the service is cold and unfriendly, they make you feel like a bother. It ruins the experience so I've decided to go elsewhere going forward.

Edit. I appreciate the response, but there's not much more to say besides what I already included, on multiple occasions service was cold and unfriendly, which in turn made me feel like my being there was unwelcomed. There were 2 positive experiences out...
