I was not able to order pizza. We are visiting from mexico and because I have a mexican cell number they would not allow me to order pizza! And I could barely understand the receptionist, just poor service!!

Ordered Pizza for a Christmas gathering and the pizza came uncooked and sloppy (not a big deal because the pizza is normally awesome). Called and was offered new pizzas, which we accepted. The new pizzas were even more sloppy and uncooked. By this point we decided we had gone off the idea of pizza. Called and were offered a verbal refund on the phone (would be deposited back withing 3-5 business days). Chalked it down as a one off. Ordered a different option.
After not receiving our refund we reached out to customer service and they told us they don't offer refunds for bad food and that they don't give a crap if we had bad food.
Lied on the phone and didn't care a single bit about the awful food they served.
Horrible people.

They got back to me tho and gave me credit for the next 4 pizzas that I might order in future

Pizza was totally raw. It's a little impressive how raw this dough is.
After receiving a response from PH, they are only willing to do a credit on my account and refuse to provide a refund. This pizza was not only inedible, but unsafe to eat and they will not even refund the money.
Another edit: pizza hotline refuses to admit they provided a raw pizza. Don't order from here, no quality control and can't admit when they've made a mistake

When we get pizza, it's normally from here. It's not excessively greasy, so no stomach aches, and it always tastes great. The crew, be it in store, over the phone, or with the delivery people, it's always great. They're patient with me, and I really appreciate it. Only ever had one problem in all the years I've been ordering here, and it was fixed super fast. I don't think I have anything negative to say

Staff are dressed in muscle shirts (very unprofessional) continuously eating food and licking their finger while preparing your pizza.I've called pizza hotline and gave a complaint but unfortunately nothing has changed. I've experienced this countless times, I've just decided it's not worth me going there.
I guess this is one of the times where I should have listened to reviews. I read them hoping to give this location the benefit of the doubt and sure enough. So so so doughy. I’m surprised that after all the bad reviews about this that they haven’t done anything to change this. Something is wrong with the Steinbach location and it needs some investigating. Super disappointed as we panic bake our raw pizza while our kids are forced to wait for supper.

i ordered a small pizza from here and it was perfect i have to say for the price and size of it i was satisfied it was a great quick lunch the people there are nice and the store itself is also nice so its not a place i avoid thats for sure
