On more then one occasion we have ordered food and been extremely disappointed by the fact that it has taken over and hour for it to be delivered (even though the email says it’s been delivered) and then when we try to reach out and phone the phone gets repeatedly picked up and put on hold and then hung up. Customer service sucks there. It’s not even the wait it’s the total lack of disregard to be able to contact them to find out if there was a problem with your order and if that’s why it takes so long. Pizza Hut never used to be like this an hour and a half to wait for pizza is a bit much. And unfortunately opting for in store pick up is no better seeing as last time I tried that I waited 45 min. In the restaurant after the time they told me it would be ready, then couldn’t find my order, then gave me someone else’s order, only to deduce my order had been sitting there ready the whole time.

Charged my card 6 times and still failed to process my order. If your gonna have a app/website it better damn well work. Will not be bothering trying to order again. Thanks for wasting over a hour for me to not get any food. Great service. NOT!

This place should be torn down and rebuilt. With these mild conditions, there were two locations in the ceiling in the restaurant that were leaking water. At least the pizza taste good that we picked up to eat at home.

Placed an order Nov,18th. We called them 4 times because our pizza was showing up as delivered. But it finally showed up two hours late. Luke warm and the boneless bites looked like someone sprayed the last of a bottle of bbq sauce on it. We were told we would only be offered a credit on our next order. We tried to order today and waited on hold for 30 minutes to be told to call back in an hour.Completely unacceptable customer service.

Did my recieve it . Pre ordered on line 1.5 hr. Was suppose to arrive almost 40 mins ago.app says it has. I've been on hold for 20mins goes direct to hold
lots of beeps. and no workers. but good pizza. except they ran out of the nice fluffy crust

Can't dine in there for years in Steinbach, so thought we'd take out. Walked in to p/u & it smelled like sewer in there. sat down to wait & there was mold all around the window & the wallpaper was coming off & mold all around the bottom of the walls everywhere. the Pizza was good, but coming out of a place with those strong smells & condition, we won't be ordering from there again any time soon. the building should probably be torn down.

The pizza was SUCH a let down. Pizza Hut at other locations usually has good pizza but the Steinbach location sucks. Sorry, but it wasn't good.
