Just went for the first time… it was AMAZING! I had the chicken shawarma. It was delicious! Will definitely be back :)

Each time we've eaten here the food has been pretty good overall, the part of the experience that lacks is definitely the service and I think it comes from a combination of short staffing as well as poor training practices.
The employees are usually not the most presentable, wearing backwards hats and company shirts that look pretty dirty. They also don't wear gloves when handling food a majority of the time, maybe this isn't part of their policy, I'm not sure. But it is at similar restaurants.
The staff member helping us today had to ask another employee 3 times about a chicken wing flavour we tried to order. Under the dry wings section, the menu has a dill flavor, and under the sauce section it has fire hot.
When we tried to order these flavours, the gentleman asked me "you want Frank's or tobasco sauce?" Well I want whatever your "fire hot" flavour is. Then he said you pick, up to you. So I changed my sauce because I didn't know what I would be getting. I don't just want a dry wing with a cup of tobasco sauce. It's listed on your menu, why can't you give it to me?
For the dill flavour, we asked for the dry dill wing. He said you want dill sauce then, and we said well, is it the dry wing? He said "it's same thing". It was not in fact, the same thing. He gave us a creamy dill sauce. This is not a dry wing flavour.
We also had to wait because the customer in front of us forgot his card in his car..... Why the employee couldn't just cancel his payment, take our payment, and let us leave.... Is beyond me. Nope. I guess that would be out of order for the employee and confuse him? It's frustrating to watch your food sitting open on the counter waiting, while another customer has to run to the parking lot to get their card when we're standing there ready to go.
The food is usually made pretty quick and tastes good, so we have returned in the past despite this.
