First time ever here. I ordered a 4 PC chicken dinner and the pickle spears. So I never got a cup for the drink so does it not come with a drink? Second I asked for dark meat and when I got home 2 of the pieces were white meat. No cutlery for the salad or knife for the bun or butter to put on the bun. The chicken I did eat tasted like burnt old oil. The curly fries were so salty I could barely eat them. No condiments at all or napkins. Maybe I was supposed to ask for those things I figured I'd get.The service was very good though she was very friendly. I can't see myself going back.

I actually quite like Roccos Pizza. The issue comes down to price mainly. For example a large Hawaiian pizza is $37 after tax, delivery etc. That's absolutely wild. Every other pizza shop is half the price in town.
This place is prohibitively expensive. I never buy pizza here anymore but I do enjoy their pizza when someone else orders it.

Recently I asked for a poutine but with only half of the fries coated in the poutine portion --- they crushed it. Exactly what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend (I ate half of it before I posted)

I recently had Rocco's cater food for my wedding and I found the service and communication leading up to the event to be 10/10. The owner was nice enough to leave the warming bags with the food drop off to keep it warm until dinner. Guests loved the food! Definitely recommend for catering services. Thank you!

ORDERED FOR DELIVERY MEAL CAME HOT AND READY EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND WHEN DELIVERY DRIVER BROUGHT IN MY ORDER I WAS BUSY AT MY BUSINESS GAVE HIM LARGE BILL TO PAY HE LEFT AND ME GOT EXACT CHANGE WHILE I WAS DEALING WITH MY CUSTOMER...MUCH APRRECIATED
Loved the thin crust pizza crust. But so boring…,, barely any sauce. Chicken was soggy & smelled weird. Unfortunately won’t order again

Used to be my favorite and I still like to menu but the preparation has zero effort for the last 3 times or more I ordered pizza. The topping are uneven, with entire slices devoid of toppings and the cooking clearly rushed and cut short. Lastly the delivery driver repeatedly fails to fallow directions. I'm afraid they have lost me as a customer permanently. I'll miss thier food when it was prepared properly but I've wasted too much money and been completely unsatisfied.
