Used to be my favorite and I still like to menu but the preparation has zero effort for the last 3 times or more I ordered pizza. The topping are uneven, with entire slices devoid of toppings and the cooking clearly rushed and cut short. Lastly the delivery driver repeatedly fails to fallow directions. I'm afraid they have lost me as a customer permanently. I'll miss thier food when it was prepared properly but I've wasted too much money and been completely unsatisfied.

I have been to Roccos several times for pick up orders and had numerous delivery orders. Food is really good and service is friendly. I had a mix up with one order but the owner reached out to me and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend 👍

The owner needs work on professionalism. Public online gaslighting, if someone shares they dont like his pizza he will make sure others don't agree.

Ordered a pizza through Uber Eats today. The review scale needs to be adjusted to reflect dislikes. The pizza belongs in the minus 5 range. Burned 🔥 and inedible. Don't know what kind of restaurant would serve food like this bit I certainly would never recommend it. Totally disappointed and disgusted!!!

Never again thin as paper dry over priced and too it all off when delivered it was cold and was handed to at the door with attitude and when I opened the pizza box it was all on one side like stack papers worst pizza not worth the money and was never given an option for 💩 service or honoured for replacement or got my money back so I threw it garbage go to any other place for better pizza’s or any food can’t believe they are still in business

One positive though hardly a difference maker here is that they got the order to me quickly in Mitchell.

This was the worst pizza we have ever had, it had absolutely no flavour and we left still hungry. The service was great and the workers were very friendly but wouldn’t ever reccomend the pizza we were not pleased
