I stopped into the lounge at Smitty’s in Steinbach today and was really impressed. Annika was behind the bar and she may be one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had, warm, professional, and she made me feel completely welcome right away. Even with my slightly unusual order (2-egg breakfast with 4 extra eggs), she didn’t bat an eye, just handled it with ease and a smile.

Went to get dinner with my friends and saw that the manager was just sitting around while everyone else was working and she just stayed in the corner yelling at everyone to move faster. Managers are supposed to be leaders giving encouragement and guidance to everyone, this is not what I saw in her, Justin Trudeau would of made a better manager, if you guys don’t want to fire her at least put her skills to use as a janitor. Witnessed the manager in the lounge yelling at her workers. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing behaviour from someone in a management position treating their workers very poorly.
