I usually love Starbucks, but I am so tired of ordering the same things and they ALWAYS taste different. How? If it's the same recipe. I went with my mom today and ordered a matcha cream frapp and it tasted like diluted grass, but then on Saturday it tasted delicious. I don't get it, is everyone taught a different way of doing it or what? I would rather wait a couple minutes more to have a delicious drink that I pay good money for, than getting it in 30 seconds and it tasting like something done with their feet.
If this was my first time tasting this drink, I would not go to any Starbucks ever again. This is mostly for the Steinbach branch, but some in the city should also see this comment.

I am working as barista too …how stupid service is this when a person wants to eat a sandwich and has to compromise even after ordering online ….you should have put it out of stuck on stuff you don’t carry at the moment …please and thank you

Very slow, they said it would be 6 minutes for our drinks, we waited 10, and then they said it would be another 10 minutes
The staff are really kind, and the interior has a high ceiling and a calm atmosphere, so I think it's a 5 star restaurant.

They wouldn’t serve me coffee ahead of espresso drinks ?. Drip should not take 20min. Typical Starbucks would serve at cashier

I visited this location today. While waiting for my order at Mary Brown's, I went inside with my dog because I didn't want to leave her in the car due to the heat. I assumed it would be quick and decided to order drinks. Since the Mary Brown's staff didn't mind that I brought my dog inside, I also went into the Starbucks in Steinbach to order my drinks. However, this old lady turned around, gave me a hand sign to stop, and told me, "I'm going to ask you to leave and take your dog outside." I even said OK and thank you ?↕️ and went outside with my dog. The staff was just awful....

They were super kind about helping me order since I didn't know a lot of Starbucks lingo. Joy who assisted me is the sweetest individual ever and I don't know how they have so much positivity at 8am but it made my day. Keep up the great work(and give them a raise!).
