If you go in to order get ready to have your order made after any vehicle that shows up after you order! Cars get their drinks in under 1 minute. Took 10 to get 1 drink standing in the restaurant

I’m sick to death of having to get them to fill the cup up to give me what I ordered, it’s not rocket science, 3/4 of a cup is not acceptable, especially when we’re talking about a $6+ latte. I ordered a venti because I want 20oz of latte, not 15!

The worker on Monday evening July 21st at 8:40pm refused to acknowledge me when I told her I wanted my drink blended and sent me away without any help. I ordered and paid for it to be blended and it wasn’t. When I politely asked her to blend it with some more ice she said no and sent me away. Very disappointed

Cup smelled like a nasty perfume, lid smelled like a nasty perfume! Garbage 🗑️ it goes Tried drinking it but just smelled perfume! Good lesson to stay away from this place

I usually love Starbucks, but I am so tired of ordering the same things and they ALWAYS taste different. How? If it's the same recipe. I went with my mom today and ordered a matcha cream frapp and it tasted like diluted grass, but then on Saturday it tasted delicious. I don't get it, is everyone taught a different way of doing it or what? I would rather wait a couple minutes more to have a delicious drink that I pay good money for, than getting it in 30 seconds and it tasting like something done with their feet.
If this was my first time tasting this drink, I would not go to any Starbucks ever again. This is mostly for the Steinbach branch, but some in the city should also see this comment.

I am working as barista too …how stupid service is this when a person wants to eat a sandwich and has to compromise even after ordering online ….you should have put it out of stuck on stuff you don’t carry at the moment …please and thank you
