The chicken, especially if you get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub at this location is super weird and rubbery. It has no flavour, and you can chew on it like gum. I've been a long time customer here almost weekly since 2014 or so and it's definitely taken a bad turn. The service and staff are still neutral, I can't say they've ever really been friendly. The building is pretty clean. Maybe the supplier for their chicken has changed, but it's too bad. I used to love going here!

I believe subway hires employees under the title “sandwich artists” it would be nice to see anyone try to live up to that title. Constantly disappointing at the lack of care and detail. There should be a management of standards in customer engagement and sandwich building. The best experience I have ever had was at Deacons corner. Lovely, friendly, funny staff, and their attitude totally translated into a well built sandwich. Do better hiring or put some kind of standards in place.

The sub was great the service was boring like all subways but the one thing that bugged me was the tip menu on the debit machine, id rather tip a canoe!

Ordered using the app which was slow and inconvenient. But my issue was the quality of what I'm paying for. All 3 of the subs I ordered did not have sauce as ordered.and included veggies I didn't order. The sandwich artist can't be blamed other than the shape of the sandwich because I notice what I wanted on one sub got printed out to be put on another one. On mine it had veggies I didn't want. Complete garbage. This is supposed to be a treat. It's bland, put together poorly. I came in around 8:20pm. Prices going up have slowed business I'm sure. So where ever you can you have to make up in service, and quality. This is garbage. Ill never be back at this location let alone waste money on subway. Suppirt local businesses.

This is a textbook Subway, this is the place you should imagine when you think of Subway. Yes, they do actually have a pretty calm atmosphere for eating.
The best sub I've ever eaten was made here, but don't take my word for it. Go get you one right now, you know you want it. Why else would you be here? ;)

Very very very Bad Service. Requested to grill toast my sandwich but the owner didn’t allowed because they have spend money on changing the grill sheets more often. What a customer service to save a couple grill sheets.

Staff is rude and makes you feel like a burden, if ya hate your job that much quit! Also how is it that every single time we come by no matter the time there is NEVER any soup! So disappointed in this subway worst one I've been to!

The man who served us was the most rude service person from India that I ever experienced. They are usually very polite but HE made it feel like we were taking up his time ..quit then ! I will never ever go back plus he just through the food together like we were living on the street ...why did subway hire these rude people? The other one is not great either so I guess a road trip to the city or Niverville . Hindu need to set a good example.... What a disastrous place
