Very very very Bad Service. Requested to grill toast my sandwich but the owner didn’t allowed because they have spend money on changing the grill sheets more often. What a customer service to save a couple grill sheets.

Staff is rude and makes you feel like a burden, if ya hate your job that much quit! Also how is it that every single time we come by no matter the time there is NEVER any soup! So disappointed in this subway worst one I've been to!

The man who served us was the most rude service person from India that I ever experienced. They are usually very polite but HE made it feel like we were taking up his time ..quit then ! I will never ever go back plus he just through the food together like we were living on the street ...why did subway hire these rude people? The other one is not great either so I guess a road trip to the city or Niverville . Hindu need to set a good example.... What a disastrous place

Always closed early. It says it’s open until 12am. I go there at 11:45pm…it’s closed. It’s closed way early every time I check. Who’s running this anyway? Bunch of garbage.
Went in at 6am to get my girlfriend a gluten free sandwich, i had asked them to put lots of onions on it, and i guess he heard olives because he put a ton of olives on it. So i let him know that i meant i wanted onions, and so he left the olives on and put onions on. So finally i asked him to take the olives off and in turn he looked up at the ceiling and shook his head, sighed then rolled his eyes and took them off, as if i’m the one who put the olives on the damn sandwich. Safe to say I wont be returning.

Sheesh. It's like everytime I go here I get old bread. Why not make fresh bread that isn't crusty and falls all over the place when taking a bite? You can tell this location mostly serves travelers, truck drivers and farmers, and doesn't care as much about their reputation because the complaints won't be heard as much due to distance traveling of those heading out of Steinbach. 2.5/5

Workers were friendly, and the service was great. However, bathrooms, especially the women's bathroo, were dirty and smelly (smelt like the garbage hadnt been emptied in a ling time)!
